My Villa is situated in Ultra Central Area, Lascăr Catargiu Blvd. at Romana square. It is a perfect place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. For big groups, or couple of families, available in the same villa, another two apartments that can be used by others families in the group. A restaurant in the neighborhood villa, it's where our guests can enjoy homemade food & breakfast. There is availability of bicycles for our guests, to use for free of charge.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The building is new from 2016, and all the furniture are new inside. The apartments are located at 7th floor with a beautiful view over the city.

Very comfortable flat, just come down to Old Town with all lovely attractions, night life,museums, Romanian Atheneum , Opera. The best zone of the town, safe, all facilities around( by walking 1-5 min ): underground/ city bus station, Union Shopping Mall, Cismigiu Park relaxing area,Romanian Parliament, The Weels). Transport from / to airport ( extra cost 25 eur ) , guide of city, we speak english, Italian, German.

I had a great experience at Maria's house. the house has everything you need for a long stay. Also has great wifi connection, a desk and office chair if you work from home, queit neighbourhood, loads of green area around and great restaurants, parks and 24h convenience shops at walking distance. I loved how I could hear birds chirping all day till night. It is a very peaceful place. Maria was a great host, so friendly, great communication, and goes above and beyond to help. the only thing I'm sad about was that I had to leave.

I loved my stay!! Small apartment, furnished with great taste. The location is excellent, in a quiet but well-connected area, perfect for exploring Bucharest. The apartment was very clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need. A special thank you also to the host, super helpful and responsive: he responded immediately and pointed out everything to us accurately. I really felt at home. I recommend it to those looking for an intimate and well-kept place.

We have spent here 5 nights and we thank Carmen for being a great host. She provided us with info regarding the neighbourhood, facilities, transport and everything else we needed to know regarding the accomodation. The public transport was close, which was a big plus. We had a rented car though and it was a bit difficult to find a parking place after 20:00, but we managed. Once again a big hug to Carmen, she is very customer oriented and helpful.
