Great little spot in Podil - highly recommended. Fairly well equipped for such a small space and with a good sized balcony you can hang out on. 30 seconds to the metro which is handy for getting around or during more intensive missile and drone attacks. It's also a minute to Puzata Hata, which was very handy!

Trying hard not to be too eulogistic on that one: Second time staying in this wonderful flat. High ceiling, very bright, perfect location. The hosts know what hosting means. Merci encore Timo, Nadia, Natalia and Svitlana!

Everything is great!

The apartment is very cozy, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alex is very polite, communication and attitude on his part were perfect throughout the time. The apartment was in excellent condition — very clean and prepared for our arrival. The location is perfect. Of course, you can hear the noise of cars through the paved street, but this is impossible to avoid and is not really a big problem. Definitely the perfect place to stay in Kyiv)

Lovely home in the heart of the city. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the apartment is clean and tidy. In the bathroom there is a shower gel, shampoo; in the kitchen all the necessary utensils, oil, sugar.. thank you for your hospitality!

I really liked everything, a modern apartment with an incredible view of the center of Kiev. Of the disadvantages, only the location near the station, you can hear trains, but with short term rentals, it did not bother much.

The hosts did everything possible and even more to make us feel comfortable. They brought me in, took me away, fed me, and gave me a drink. I haven't seen such hospitality in a long time. The house is small but clean. There is a place to sit and relax in the yard. The territory is small but beautiful and well-groomed.

A great place to relax and live! We stayed here for more than a month and did not feel any discomfort: at home there is everything you need for life, cooking and relaxing. The territory is very green and large: garden and leaf trees, birch trees, pine trees create a feeling like you are in the middle of the forest, but at the same time you are on a cozy veranda in a shade with a drink on the sunbeds. It is better to have your own car to get to the city conveniently. Access to the largest mola in Kiev on the highway without traffic lights and traffic. In neighboring Vyshgorod in 5 minutes drive there is everything you need - manicure, barbershop, Silpo, gas stations, pharmacies. Nice and flexible hosts, quick to respond. Would love to come back!

We did not actually go to this apartment as there is something of a crisis in Ukraine. We would like to visit one day.
