Apartment holiday rentals in Bucha

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Все дуже сподобалось.Апартаменти дуже комфортні та просторні) Недалеко знаходяться від центру,біля апартаментів знаходяться магазини,кафешки та автобусні запинки це дуже зручно. Усе дуже сподобалося,рекомендую)

Провела чудові 3 ночі в цій квартирі. Все сподобалось: локація, затишний балкончик, доволі тиха, як для центру вулиця. Єдине, що можна було б покращити - матрас на ліжку, але це не критично. Зупинилась би ще раз.

Olga is an awesome host, communicates freely and is more than helpful. The apartment was great, brilliant view and close to two supermarkets and restaurants. A big bonus is the three ladies that do the concierge, despite the language difficulties they were super helpful and very professional. I would be more than happy to use this apartment again in the future.

The entry instructions are a little complicated, but they are clearly explained. The host was very responsive when I had a little difficulty due to my gps not being accurate. No complaints whatsoever. Would love to stay here again.

Дуже затишне та комфортне житло. Все необхідне є в наявності. Чисто, охайно, гарне розташування. Супер господар, яка швидко відповідає. Рекомендую.

Помешкання повність відповідає фото, було теплим і затишним. Сергій приємна в спілкуванні людина і при заселенні показав все необхідне, розповів про найближчі магазини, зупинки для зручності. Співвідношення ціни і якості 10/10. Щиро дякую!

Дуже задоволені проживанням в цій квартирі. Перебували 5 днів в Києві, зручне розташування. Квартира дуже чиста, в наявності були всі описані зручності. Є посудомийка, пральна машинка і фен. Господар запропонував заїхати на кілька годин швидше, тому що квартира була вільною - це приємно.

Пробула 4 дні і все сподобалося, район біля метро і багато кав'ярень ресторанів поряд. Дуже задоволена чистотою та спокоєм, рекомендую дане помешкання всім =)

затишна квартира з хорошим плануванням на малій площі, більше підходить для одної людини, але пара теж помістилась. сходи досить круті та вузькі - це є в описі (підсвічені, що плюс). справді тихий двір, виноград і місце для чілу на балконі теж згідно опису. все чисто і продумано, постіль з двома типами подушок, рушники, халати, одноразові тапочки, косметика, посуд на кухні, гардероб з вішаками і поличками, плюс достатньо місця, щоб сховати чемодани, різноманітне освітлення (особливо зручне підсвічене дзеркало у ванній), достатньо розеток тощо. детальний опис і фото цілком передають те, як все виглядає в реалі. єдиним сюрпризом було те, що у ванній місця менше, ніж здається, через розташування умивальника. господарка Аліна приємна у спілкуванні, ми легко домовились про раннє поселення і пізнє виселення та вирішили інші питання нашого перебування. загалом, Київ відкрився з приємного боку, на Подолі класно, а бар внизу вартий уваги.

I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend Viktor’s place to any prospective guest.

Затишні апартаменти в самому центрі Києва. Прекрасний вид з вікна! Чисто, охайно. Господиня люб'язно допоможе з будь-якими питаннями.

Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.
