The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe.
