Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Christine’s place is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles and surrounded by many great restaurants. The apartment itself was wonderful: spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished (with some antiques). The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and fresh, and the whole space felt like home from the moment we arrived. It’s in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The shower was excellent, and we really appreciated having an elevator in the building, especially with our luggage. Parking our rental car in the nearby covered garage was a big plus. Christine’s daughter, Caroline, greeted us and was absolutely lovely—prompt, welcoming, and full of helpful information. We visited Versailles during the day and returned for the fountain and fireworks show at night. Both times we walked and felt very safe. I highly recommend Christine’s place Tip: Don’t miss the crepes at Crêperie des 2 Portes and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

Really peaceful and beautiful place to stay not too far from Paris. Perfect for a couple. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and the neighbourhood and surroundings are really peaceful and felt very safe. Free parking was a bonus. Only downside is the slightly long walk on the way back from the station after walking around all day in Paris but you could always get a taxi as it isn't too far. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

We stayed for the masked ball in Versailles and it was the PERFECT location, Clarisse was so kind and brilliant at communication.

Very nice place, very clean and well decorated. Beautiful and conveniently located with garden. Many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, a forest for walking and the possibility of taking public transport to Paris. The four of us with a dog had a great stay. Aurore is a very nice host.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Spacious, clean apartment building home for family or couples visit. Cozy and good supplies. A suitable home for a relaxing holiday, a good base for day trips. Friendly and good access guidance, thank you.
