Die Wohnung ist im Haus Nr.5 ! Die EG- Wohnung hat 35 qm und ist in einem Reihenhaus Baujahr 1949, sie hat Dielenböden. Es sind 2 Zimmer mit einem Durchgang zu einer kleinen Küche, die abgetrennt eine Nasszelle (Dusche + Waschbecken) besitzt . Das WC für die Räume befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. Der Küchenbereich war der Ort, an dem wirklich Violinen von meinem Großvater gebaut wurden.

We rented the accommodation for three of us for one night:) The couch offers a very comfortable sleeping option. The apartment is very clean and clean, but even salt, pepper, coffee & oil is there (often missing from other apartments). Very nice also the possibility to go to the balcony:) We were very satisfied!

Accommodation is in a residential area in Uttenreuth, a little off the main street and completely quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has windows in 3 directions and a small balcony. It has the charm of an apartment building from the 60s or 70s. A huge entrance area, from which all rooms depart, has space for all bags, suitcases and shoes. All rooms are spacious for their function. There is parking in the street and of course you have your private parking space about 80m away in the garage yard. We really enjoyed the fact that you could reach several restaurants, a few shops and the supermarket on foot. We'd love to come back if we're in the area.

Very friendly and warm hostess. The accommodation is super clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. Even toys for children were available. We were very nicely received by the hostess and on the table was a freshly picked bouquet of flowers. Since we arrived late in the evening, the hostess prepared a breakfast with fresh fruit for us. The place is highly recommended. We were very comfortable.
