A cozy two-story cabin in a picturesque location in the mountains. Every window has a wonderful view. The host is very creative and tasteful approach to the interior design, there is something to learn and analyze. The house is heated with firewood, which gives a special romance (if you cannot melt the stove, do not worry, the host lives nearby and will help in this simple matter).

What an incredible escape had at this perfect mountain house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the custom beauty of this wooden retreat. Breathtaking views from the house, of the surrounding, and amaizing view towards the Kosovo Metohija plateau and the Dinaric mountains in the distance.The clean and well-equipped space, complete with a fantastic kitchen and bathroom, provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay.The handcrafted interior added a unique charm to the space, making it a truly soulful experience that I would enthusiastically recommend to anyone seeking to get away for a while.The wooden stove added a warm and inviting touch to the atmosphere, enhancing the overall coziness. The sauna and cold Japanese bath were delightful surprises, elevating my stay to a truly luxurious experience. Milan was great host , friendly , helpful , nice to meet and talk . The location is superb !

Milan’s house was a great place to stay during our trip to Kopaonik. It fits easily up to 6 people! It was clean and provides everything you need. Plus our communication with Milan was perfect! Thanks for everything!

The apartment is nice, cozy and very clean, perfectly suits for 4 people. It is right at the bottom of ski slopes 10 and 11, and the trip to the center of Kopaonik will take you 5-7 minutes by car.

Milena is a great host first of all. She explained perfectly everything we needed to know. The apartment is amazing, it s 2 min walking distance to the Sky center/ sky lifts, in the center of the town, right next to all the restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed inside, comfy beds, a big sofa in the living room, internet, etc. Will defenetly come back to this place.

Great apartment, really big (we were 6 adults and 2 children) and we had more than enough space! The apartment was very clean, it had a fully equipped kitchen( we cooked almost every day!), it was nicely decorated and it felt very cosy. Milos is a great host, he responded every time very quickly. Me and my family will deffinetly be back very soon!

A very nice place for a big group wanting to stay in the vicinity of beautiful Kopaonik mountains. The house is big enough and has a lot of furniture/kitchen equipment and places to chill to accommodate a lot of people, although beware that there are only 12 fully 'equiped' beds. Our thirteenth person had a mattress on the ground (as of August '22). The direct location is very nice. It is a very steep road from the main road, where you park your car. This road leading to the house is quite steep, doable for fit people, but not for very old or disabled persons. Overall would definitely recommend! It's not luxurious, but if you want luxury there are a lot of other way more expensive options in Kopaonik. for the price it's good. It has an authentic vibe, and you can see that the owner loves the place. Ps. Make sure to buy some tomatoes from the man who's selling them in front of your parking space!

Great flat! great view! Great host! It s not far to the station. There is taxis for cheap and a bus stop very close to the house to reach slopes!

Very nice apartment. Just a few meters from the ski slope. It needs to be a little more equipped to be perfect. Recommendation for other guests.

The apartment was really nice. The location is great. Just a couple of minutes walking to the ski center. Hosts were very responsive. I had to arrive later and leave earlier due to family reasons. The hosts offered me free breakfast as a compensation. Thanks a lot!!!

Truly a ski in/ski out place - 20 metres from an apartment to ski lift #10, which is way less crowded compared to the main resort area Staff was very helpful and welcoming - helped me with all the questions and gave directions Apartment itself is nice and clean, heating works great. The only thing I found missing was the kettle, but maybe I could've asked for it

We stayed five nights at Ivana's place and we loved it! Both of us work remotely, so the close proximity to the ski lift and ski rental was very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the spa and a cozy pub serving delicious local food, with exceptionally friendly staff. Although the area around is still being built, the apartment and spa exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The spa is spacious, with large pool and breathtaking views of the snow-covered forest. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views of the snowy forest, both from our apartment and the spa pool. Additionally, Jovan was our point of contact and he was extremely professional and responsive and has made sure we had everything we needed. Highly suggested this place, and we´ll definitely be back.

Host was very committed to making our stay as smooth as possible. The location is great and nearby restaurants are the best after a long day of skiing! The place itself was cosy and had all the amenities we could ask for.

We easily found the house and settled in perfectly; the host helped us get comfortable. The house is very clean and beautiful. And the VIEW FROM THE WINDOW IS INCREDIBLE :) You could look at it forever. Thank you!

Cosy and nice apartment. Perfect location, next to a ski lift, in a new building. Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay here. With no doubt, next time we are in Kopaonik i will reserve the same place. Our host Ivana and Milenko are really nice and hospitable. Thanks for making our stay more enjoyable!
