Awesome spot, right in the valley and just a few minutes drive to the ski lifts. The apartment is perfect for a cosy stay - having the wood burner is a great addition after a day on the slopes! Would highly recommend and likely be going back ourselves!

Proveli smo predivan vikend u ovom smeštaju! Stan je bio izuzetno čist i prostran, idealan za našu grupu od 6 ljudi. Potpuno je opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima, što nam je olakšalo boravak. Lokacija je fantastična - supermarket i kiosk za ski-pas su na samo nekoliko koraka, što je bilo izuzetno praktično. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i predusretljiv, uvek dostupan i brzo je odgovarao na sva naša pitanja. Takođe, bili su veoma fleksibilni sa vremenom dolaska i odlaska, što nam je mnogo značilo. Preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj svima koji traže udoban i praktičan prostor za odmor.

Отличный небольшой, но очень уютный домик для остановиться на несколько дней вчетвером. Внутри есть все необходимое и даже камин. Остались под приятным впечатлением. Лидия быстро отвечала, дала максимально точные и понятные инструкции по заселению. Если приеду еще раз, то скорее всего заселюсь здесь же.

Everything was perfect and the house got heated very good with the cast iron wooden stove and the electric heater was enough to make the house like a sauna

Very tidy and good house. The host welcome us warmly at midnight. Though the host can’t speak English, he was very patient and we successfully communicated with Google Translate. The host also help us call a taxi to the ski center.

The house is great and spacious and the host is very friendly and diligent. He replied quickly and did his best to make our stay as comfortable as poslible. The house it self is located in a great spot, 300m from the gondola that takes you up to,, Karaman greben,, or tracks 7,8,19.. Etc There are ski rents, restaurants and shops within a 10min walk. Overal 10/10! We plan to come back again next year.

Everything about this trip was perfect! Marko is a great host, friendly and always responsive, he gave us the instructions and useful information about the place and surroundings. The cabin is cozy, peaceful, clean and warm, it has everything you need. The place itself is between Josanicka banja and Raska and with 10-20min ride you can find restaurants with great and affordable food. The nature and the views while driving are beautiful. We stayed in winter, but I’d say it’s a great place for a peaceful vacation any time of the year!

Milena is a great host first of all. She explained perfectly everything we needed to know. The apartment is amazing, it s 2 min walking distance to the Sky center/ sky lifts, in the center of the town, right next to all the restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed inside, comfy beds, a big sofa in the living room, internet, etc. Will defenetly come back to this place.

The place was great. the only thing was poor Internet and tv was not working.

Nice apartment. The apartment is completely new, so here can be missed some little things for comfort like a night light near a bed. And the terrace is under construction right now. But overall it's a very good variant to stay. It is a quite place with beautiful landscapes outside. There is a parking for a car. And high speed internet, so you can easily work here remotely with beautiful view. And there is a very good pan so you can fry eggs or something without cursing (bad pans are a real problem as for me). This place is located about 10 min on a car away from the Kopaonik center, so if you have a car, you can stay here without doubts. Nice variant, nice price.

Jelena ‘s whole family is warm hearted and let me feel back home .waited for me at kopaonik bus station for bout three hours really moved me ,than you very much. It is super convenient to live their apartment if you go skiing in kopaonik,the gondola station is just opposite of the apartment at the foot of the mountain,you can buy the tickets there then go to ski resort by gondola. By the way ,if you go skateboarding and don’t have your own board ，need go to kopaonik center to rent board .Only can rent ski board at Brzece .

The apartments are fully mobilized, all equipment and utensils, a restaurant on the ground floor, many shops and restaurants nearby, many ski rentals. 20 meters to the ski lift, excellent location and your own ski locker on the 1st floor, just super! Very responsive hostess, thanks for the recommendations for local shops and rentals. Very good apartments with their own kitchen, two bathrooms.

Lazar's place was great, felt like home, fully equipped and very warm and clean. The building has free parking and it's right next to the ski lift and several great restaurants. Lazar was very responsive and helpful, and the place really had everything we neeed and more. We would definitely come back again!

Odliscna lokacija za ski vikend. Jako blizu ulaza u gondolu. Dobri restorani u blizini, prilicno povoljni.

We stayed five nights at Ivana's place and we loved it! Both of us work remotely, so the close proximity to the ski lift and ski rental was very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the spa and a cozy pub serving delicious local food, with exceptionally friendly staff. Although the area around is still being built, the apartment and spa exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The spa is spacious, with large pool and breathtaking views of the snow-covered forest. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views of the snowy forest, both from our apartment and the spa pool. Additionally, Jovan was our point of contact and he was extremely professional and responsive and has made sure we had everything we needed. Highly suggested this place, and we´ll definitely be back.

Host was very committed to making our stay as smooth as possible. The location is great and nearby restaurants are the best after a long day of skiing! The place itself was cosy and had all the amenities we could ask for.

Уютная студия с потрясающим видом с балкона. Все как на фотографиях. Есть магазин через дорогу, который не отмечен на картах, много ресторанов в окрестности. Есть все необходимое для пребывания. Что могло бы быть лучше: заменить перегоревшие лампочки, наполнить диспенсер мылом, повесить кухонные полотенца.

Apartman je bio cist i uredan,isti kao na slikama. Blizu je gondole i odmah pored restorana Koliba. Domacica je bila jako ljubazna i poslala nam je sve potrebne informacije. Kasnije smo se prijavili ( posle 18h) ali je sve proteklo u najboljem redu. Sve pohvale za domacicu i apartman.

The apartmant was great, coazy, warm and in a great location and the best part are the hosts who were helpfull and acomodating. Excellent stay and looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was good. Apartments were clean and it was warm inside. It’s comfortable for two of us, i believe it would be enough comfortable for 4 people also. Branislav is very kind and polite, he answered all our questions and was always available. Thank you very much!
