Great place to stay. Right next to everything in Wilmington and easy bike ride to the beach. Chris is awesome with communication and a great guy. Highly recommend for a nice place downtown.

We stayed in Jody’s apartment for a week-long visit to Wilmington. I was traveling with my family, so we wanted the comforts of home while exploring a new city. This apartment’s well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and ideal downtown location gave us just that. Jody is an excellent communicator—always friendly, proactive, and quick to respond. She even coordinated with her cleaning team to get us in a bit early, so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting around with our bags in the rain. I highly recommend this spot if you want to stay downtown without hearing downtown all night long. The street is quiet and private, yet still just a stone’s throw from so many great places. Check out Savard right down the block—it just opened this week!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The parking was very convenient. Everything for us was within walking distance so it was nice to just park the car and forget about it. Being right on the Riverwalk was great. If you want to see Wilmington NC I highly recommend this condo and host.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Absolutely loved this stay! The location was unbeatable right in front of the water with the most beautiful view. It was a cute little spot that had everything I needed for a perfect one-night stay. Super cozy, clean, and convenient. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time staying here. The location was perfect for us and we had a great time being able to walk around downtown. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this place and will certainly consider returning.

This home was perfect for our group. The home is completely updated and spacious. The listing is accurate. T Daniel has a really great place and we enjoyed our stay.We loved the front porch and back deck to just sit and have our coffee T Daniel was responsive and helpful. When in Carolina Beach again, we will definitely see if this is available.

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Rueben’s home is a beautiful place and very relaxing! It was very clean and had fun family games to play. I definitely recommend staying here.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

Great location in downtown Wilmington on the river. Lots of walkable, restaurants and bars and beautiful historic houses. Awesome view of the river from the deck. Very clean. Will be back.

The condo location is great. Parking was easy and climbing the two sets of stairs was not difficult. The condo itself if just like the photos, no surprises. The view is what makes this place special. The patio is covered even with it being the top unit and you can see the activity at the pool or on the beach over the dunes. The bedrooms are comfy and good size and having two full baths was nice. We brought a baby and a senior pup and everyone was comfortable. The pool was nice and used heavily by our toddler. Larry was very communicative and available as needed and provided us extra pool towels. Already planning our return trip.

We had an incredible stay at Katie’s place. Such a great location, beautiful and comfortable. Katie has thought of everything to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we wanted to add an extra day. Definitely plan to be back soon

Shane's condo was exactly as pictured. A bonus was that Shane's condo was in a golf community. His condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed including spices for cooking. The condo was bright and nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Shane was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return for another stay in the future.

We will definitely be back! The place was private and peaceful! It was spacious and neat! We were able to relax and we were so close to our favorite beach and restaurants! We had a great, enjoyable stay! Shane was easy to work with and place was very reasonably priced! I give it an A+!

Very nice stay. Exactly as described. Good value for the price. My parents live on St. James, so it was very close to their home. Nice furnishings and easy access to all that St. James offers. We would stay there again.

Oceanfront Condo at a great price on Ocean Drive in Cherry Grove. Very private and relaxing but close to any type of fun or food and tavern you could wish for. People are friendly and parking and check in a breeze. One of the best values in North Myrtle Beach. We had a fantastic time. Kyle is a well informed and gracious host. Top notch at helping his clients get anything they desire.

We had a great stay here. Clean and welcoming condo. Communication from the host was exceptional. You're right on the beach! Beautiful views. Some construction going on around the building.

The location is great with a view of Jinks Creek, beach access very close, the pool onsite is enjoyable. The host provides clear instructions on check in and recommendations of things to do in area.

We loved our stay at Kure Beach. This location was perfect for our trip and we hope to be back again.
