Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). We are happy to help you with tips and inspiration for you to have as nice a stay as possible!

Close to the sea near Marstrand

We offer our fresh guest house with sleeping loft (not standing height). Large cabin/living room with sofa bed and dining area for six people. Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bikes to borrow. Here is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 min with car and 35 min to Gothenburg.

Wonderful cottage with patio that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

old cottage from late 1800, restored and modernised carefully. Kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with an wood stowe. Water in tap is communal from kungälv and fully drinkable. Garden with outdoor furniture's is secluded and private. Within the area is nice walking routes and bathing spots. 2 kajaks, one double seated are available for rent. Walking distance for launching and small islands to explore in the vicinity. 3 beds on upper floor, if extra bed is needed, madrass or sofa.

The bed sofa can accommodate 2 adults (120cm wide). The sleeping loft 1 adult (Max 100kg, NOTE: Use is at own risk). 25min (car) to central Gothenburg. 50min (walk & bus) to central Gothenburg. NOTE: No running water in the guesthouse. Guest bathroom and laundry is seperate in the mainhouse. (private for the guests)

Boendet ligger ca 4 km från färjeläget till unika Marstrandsön. Nära hav o salta bad (500m). Queen size säng på 160cm, helkaklat badrum, litet kylskåp, vattenkokare. Boendets stl, är totalt 15 kvm med plats för 2 pers. Inga husdjur är tillåtna. Sängkläder och liten handduk i Badrummet ingår

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
