Villa holiday rentals in Brunate

The house was gorgeous inside and outside. The view was even better than I thought. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and responsive. The lift was helpful for me and husband so we didn’t have to go up and down the steps. The only thing I didn’t know about was the house was very close to other houses. I thought it was more seculuded. I would definitely stay there again.

Hosts were very kind and helpful with local recommendations. They responded timely to any questions or concerns we had. The place had stunning views as advertised. It was a bit tricky to get to but the instructions were clear.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Miranda absolut genossen! Obwohl wir erst sehr spät angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sogar bei unserem Gepäck wurde uns geholfen. Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist großzügig und die beiden Terrassen riesig! Wir haben morgens mit Blick auf den Comer See gefrühstückt und Abends der Sonne beim untergehen zuschauen können. Ein Traum! Die Küche ist gut bestückt und es gab sogar Frühstück und frische Eier direkt vom Bauern, die ihre Eltern mitgebracht haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr!!!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in der Natur, es ist ruhig und doch nahe beim Funicolare. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben super geschlafen. Es ist auch eine gute Basis, um Wanderungen und Ausflüge nach Como zu machen. Achtung: Zu Stosszeiten ist die Schlange vor dem Funicolare sehr lang! Leider haben wir im Haus an verschiedenen Stellen Tierhaare gefunden. Ausserdem kamen immer wieder Ameisen zu Besuch. Die Kommunikation ist ok, aber nicht sehr persönlich. Es scheint niemand vor Ort zu sein, der einem bei Bedarf helfen kann.

Our stay in Nesso was absolute heaven. The pictures of Hester's home didn't do it justice. It really is a special place and all six of us were absolutely charmed by the warmth of the people and the beauty of Lake Como. We felt so lucky to be steps from the Nesso bridge and we enjoyed swimming and jumping from the bridge every day. It was very easy to take the ferry from Nesso (which is also steps away) to Bellagio. Our host, Dem, works at the bar up the hill and was so kind and responsive to all our questions. We loved having drinks at Dem's and at Bar Las Cascata (up the stairs). Giadi's two market locations are great for grabbing some essentials to make lovely breakfasts and dinners. We experienced la dolce vita at this home and spent our last day happily lounging in the garden, taking a swim and making wonderful meals. We will be back.

The place really is a small paradise and it provides everything you need. The host is very friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay there to its fullest and can only recommend it. The view on the lake is breathtaking and the garden underlines a feeling of harmony as well as mystical atmosphere. The restaurant nearby is also quite recommendable. Thank you indeed for this lovely experience. 🥰

ottima esperienza! situata in mezzo al verde poco fuori dal centro abitato la casa è molto bella e ben curata in ogni elemento. sono presenti articoli di cortesia in bagno per gli ospiti, caffè in cucina, thè e tisana. piccole accortezze che fanno piacere. il giardino è molto vivibile grazie al patio anteriore. ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato un bellissimo capriolo 😁 consigliatissima se avete bisogno di staccare e stare qualche giorno in relax a goderci il verde. Giovanni è un perfetto padrone di casa che vi assisterà per tutto il soggiorno!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa era esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, rispondendo sempre rapidamente. Consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Sonia e Simone sono stati gentilissimi. Hanno preparato la colazione per noi 8 ragazzi entrambe le mattine e ci hanno dato svariati consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare. Consiglio la loro casa come alloggio per grandi gruppi di persone.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Anna in Lake Como. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the A/C worked well and the views are simply jaw-dropping!!! Parking can be a little bit tricky, but easy to overlook given how gorgeous this place is. We can't wait to come back!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

Ambiente molto pulito e con ogni comfort. E' come sentirsi a casa. Ho apprezzato tutto... dalla biancheria morbida e profumata, alla terrazza dove è uno spettacolo mangiare, alla piscina per rinfrescarsi. Il papà di Katiuscia ogni mattina ci predisponeva ombrelloni e sdraio. Il posto è molto rilassante ed è un punto strategico per raggiungere bellissime località da visitare. Grazie per l'ospitalità! :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa am Comer See! Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach unschlagbar – der private Seezugang war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Stunden am Wasser. Die Villa war nicht nur stilvoll und sehr sauber, sondern auch leicht zu erreichen, was die Anreise angenehm unkompliziert machte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell in der Kommunikation.

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

Alles war super die Unterkunft ist super und die Aussicht und der Gartensitzplatz mit Pool war genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen allen einen so super Aufenthalt wie wir ihn hatten.

Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Fotos. Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück hat viele Möglichkeiten geboten sich aufzuhalten, man konnte also sowohl Sonne tanken als auch den Schatten auf der Terrasse genießen. In die Ortschaft selbst gelangt man am besten - wie von Stefania empfohlen - mit dem Bus, zu Fuß wäre es wohl eine zu weite Strecke. Stefania hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hilfreiche Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die Straße hat uns persönlich gar nicht gestört, es sollte einen aber bewusst sein, dass das Haus nicht abgelegen liegt. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet (war nicht auf allen Fotos ersichtlich)

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.
