First, the Ada was very attentive in passing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend and Ada is an excellent hostess, congratulations!!

The studio met all expectations. It is well located, close to the DelRey mall (it is possible to go on foot) and the Uber route to bars, restaurants, is very close. It is 30/40 min from Confins airport (by car) and is not far from the center and Pampulha. The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. I recommend the stay and the hosts were attentive from start to finish. Very good!

Nardin was the one who welcomed us, explaining the operation and logistics of the house, handed over the keys and also adjusted the check-out time, according to the last-minute professional demand that was presented to him. We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend in the accommodation. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. The detail of the record player with records is an extra charm. We'll be back, for sure.

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
