A pearl in the north of Germany. what a wonderful characteristic house. exceptionally clean, equipped with all modern conveniences. Everything has been thought of. If only all Airbnbs would be so good. Great location with a nice view, tranquility and nature. Close to beautiful cities. It was a great holiday for us. We will definitely be back next year.

We enjoyed the vacation very much, it was the most beautiful apartment so far. The furnishings are perfect and you can't get enough of the view of Lake Schwerin. The old town, the harbor and the castle are within a 30-minute walk; in about 5 minutes you can buy fresh fish or smoked fish and in about 10 minutes you are at a swimming spot with a great little bistro with deck chairs. From the apartment, we took various great bike tours around all kinds of lakes - just beautiful... I'm sure we'll be back!

Christoph and Marcus have really unearthed a treasure and it is exciting to see how an old, historic estate is being awakened from its slumber and filled with new life. So much enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail are something very special in these taste-standardized times... Thank you very much for the insights and the personal tour of the house! And so our apartment was also wonderfully and stylishly furnished and designed. From the French bed to the special tiles in the bathroom, from the fabrics of the curtains to the dishes - everything selected and unique. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the peace and quiet that you find there and the incredibly cozy bed... We wish you many more enthusiastic guests and good luck in realizing your many great ideas for the future of this domicile. We will be happy to come back !

I can only agree with all the positive reviews, because the apartment, its location and amenities, and also the communication with Christian were really great! But I would like to highlight two things that have never happened to me in an AirBnB apartment: Christian was there when I arrived and explained everything to me, as needed. This has never happened to me before. On the table, there was a glass of water with flowers, living, real, not plastic. I've never experienced that either - but I really enjoyed it. Thank you, Christian! I would love to stay in your apartment again when I am in Wismar.

The home has left nothing to be desired. We felt absolutely comfortable and slept great! The environment is a dream and if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are absolutely right here! Five stars!!! We'll be back! :)

Our stay in the penthouse apartment was really great. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and is in a prime location in Schwerin in the middle of the city center. Many restaurants and shops, as well as the castle, are just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is possible in the vicinity for a fee, but Katharina has already provided us with tips for free parking before arrival. Even during our stay, Katharina was always available for questions. Overall, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Had a great stay at Renate's. Communication was impeccable and straightforward. The apartment was quietly located but still not far from the action. Renate and her husband Peter were always friendly and accessible. The apartment has everything a vacation home has. We will be happy to come back. 😇👍☺️

We spent three nights at the idyllic farm of Holger and his family. We felt very comfortable and warmly welcome. We were able to contact the family at any time. Three generations live on the huge farm, yet it was so quiet and relaxing... just the thing for us city dwellers! In addition, there is also a trampoline, chickens, cattle, young cat Emil and a dog at home - just the thing for young and old. The apartment and the garden are well maintained and lovingly designed. We especially appreciated the fresh eggs and the decorated birthday table for our daughter! Thank you so much for everything. we will come back.. Ava, Karo and Axel

Really great accommodation, super central and very chic!

I was extremely grateful and happy that I had chosen this accommodation when I arrived in front of the house. Beautifully landscaped flower beds, lawn, private terrace, private carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and, above all, real peace. Exactly what I had hoped for. Beautifully and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They give you the feeling of having a real piece of home here. I felt the same way and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Katharina's apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect; close to the train station, but also close to the city center. The house is wonderfully quiet, and the residential area is also very quiet and beautiful. The trains pass directly behind the house, but that doesn't bother us. The apartment's furnishings are great; communication with the hosts was great. All in all, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had so far.

Very nice and spaceous appartment (4m height) in nice building on the second floor, with surrounding trees even in city center. We found the appartment super clean and nice quiet double bedroom to the yard. The two seperate bedroom is located to the street with some people talk etc. during night from the bar close by. Good kitchen opportunity for cooking and sofa area with TV. High speed internet working without problems. The main attraction as the castle is in close walking distance and there is bakery and restaurants 5 mins away. Parking 5 mins walk from the appartment 10EUR/day. Michael welcomed us with some good information and tips for local visits etc. Thank you!

The apartment is very pretty and is very centrally located. In a few minutes you can walk to the pretty old town (with its many beautiful restaurants) and Schwerin Castle. Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. However, since we explored the area on foot or on very nice and well-developed routes with bikes, we looked for a free parking space a little outside.

Hubert and Ursula's apartment is very nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. It has everything you need. The surrounding area is particularly beautiful. There are great paths along the lake, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance and it is nice and quiet in the area. In the garden, everything that is there can be used, it is also very nice for children! We felt very comfortable.

We were very nicely received by Tanja. Particularly helpful for us bicycle tourers was that Tanja had done a few purchases for us for the long weekend. Tanja's apartment is very cozy. The surroundings invite you to beautiful bike tours. Only the weather left something to be desired.

Dear Gert and Reni, we had a few very nice days with you in Schwerin, the location of the apartment is really perfect, especially with a dog who wants to go out again before going to sleep. But we and our dog also liked the generous space in the apartment and on the balcony very much. If we come back to Schwerin, we'll first check if your apartment is still available. Our stay was really wonderful! The apartment has far exceeded our expectations – the pictures just don't do it justice. It is not only very nice, but also extremely luxuriously furnished. The location is excellent and could not be better. A note for future guests: There are 35 steps to the apartment and no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know if you're limited in your mobility. The communication could have been better, but this didn't affect the great stay. Our personal highlight was the huge jacuzzi and the incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! We definitely recommend the apartment!

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils that you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

We spent a few very nice, quiet days in Thies' thatched cottage. Thies welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always very accessible when we had questions. That we could use the great spa area as a couple was our absolute highlight. Thanks so much!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!
