Apartment holiday rentals in Broomhall

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Great quality room, amenities, location, and price. The shared upstairs area was clutch and the free coffee downstairs was super helpful. Useful buses all around the area. Thank you!

Ray’s place was a perfect place for our visit to Sheffield. Set in the beautiful tree lined streets of Netheredge it was a perfect place to relax. Ray was super friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information, we couldn’t have asked for more . If we ever need a place to stay we will be back. Thanks Ray!

This is an ideal place to stay in the heart of Sheffield. It has all the commodities and the host couldn’t be more attentive and responsive. Really great.

The stay was brilliant—the apartment is wonderful and everything we needed. We had a little trouble finding the place and parking isn’t available, but these weren’t major issues and we’d happily return! :)

Just stayed the one night whilst visiting children who are at the university. Really liked location, with parking too. Coop at the top of the road for supplies, although Grant left us a good range of essentials in the flat. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is lovely, enjoyed the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Very quiet for city centre. We have booked again!

I had a great stay at Bailey Fields in Sheffield. The location was incredibly convenient—close to the university, city centre, shops, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend your place to my friends!

This place is surrounded by great food choices. If you're into the nightlife it's hopping on the weekends. The ammenities were great. It's not too far from the train station as well. Overall this place was great for a weekend with some friends.

Great little apartment with everything we needed for our one night stay. Perfect for us as we were attending a gig at Bramall Lane which was walking distance. Emily was prompt with her replies to any questions I had. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Emily

Amazing location - everywhere we wanted to explore just 5-10 minute walk away - love the area, full of life but quiet to sleep at night. Really light flat, comfortable bed and very clean. Would stay again!

We had a great 3-night stay in Broomshall, Sheffield. Mateusz, the host, was very good, and check-in was super easy. The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a private car parking space was really convenient. There are lots of great restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and the local area felt vibrant and safe. Highly recommended!

Accommodation was as described with all mod cons. Particularly appreciative of the tea & coffee included, having an available washing machine, and a large fan - as it was quite warm in the flat during June. A second fan might be helpful, as did have to keep moving it from the bedroom to the lounge and back again. It was easy to find, with helpful check-in instructions provided, and there was always parking available just outside. Was good value for money and suitable for two people to stay comfortably. Great location for the Universities, and local attractions. Only thing was the check out time was initially stated as 12pm, but then later as 10am but with an additional fee for up to 12 pm. 10am was fine if known in advance, but some of the Airbnb communication was still coming through as it being 12 pm - this might need updating.

A lovely modern property with lots of space and superbly located in the centre of town. Excellent communication with the host. I will be back.

Great place and the owner/s were very helpful with information and responsive with messages. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.
