What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in a great property. I really quiet location with fantastic outdoor space that was perfect for a family break. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep and Clacton is a short drive away for the big supermarket shop. Recommend that you take your garden games but don't forget to pack your swimming bits to spend time in one of the hot tubs afterwards. All the family said they would love to stay there again. Antonina was always speedy and helpful with responses and helped us retrieve the items that we managed to leave behind.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was ideal for our visit to London. This Airbnb is very close to the Tube into London but also the lovely high street of Epping is in easy walking distance. Lovely clean and tidy accommodation and a very helpful host. Many thanks.

immaculate house, perfect home from home visit

lovely detached house right on the seafront. The terrace has stunning sea views and great sunsets. The 5 bedrooms are all very nice and offer some flexibility with twins and doubles. We loved the seaside themed decor and nice touches like blankets. Nice host who gave very clear instructions. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

Fabulous place to stay - we will definitely be returning. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is fabulous and very peaceful and there was everything we needed in the property. The fresh bread was a fabulous gesture too. We will pass the details of this property to friends and family and as Arni said - we will return x

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay here celebrating my partners birthday, the house is absolutely stunning (one of the few places that are actually better than what the pictures show) and the location is so peaceful. Russell was very communicative and was happy to answer any questions we had. Really recommend!

We were in awe the moment we arrived — the cottage is absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The views from the windows were beautiful, and waking up to the sight of horses nearby made it feel even more peaceful and special. Each room was beautifully decorated and smelled amazing, which made the whole place feel so welcoming and fresh. One of our favourite parts was the large outdoor table — we ended up enjoying all of our meals outside, soaking in the surroundings. It was such a lovely break, and every single guest loved their time here. We're already talking about coming back — it was the perfect escape!

Amazing short stay at Verna’s place whilst away on business. Will definitely stay again in the near future. The room was really restful, great amenities, and off street parking was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Superb Accommodation with everything and more to enjoy a great stay. All 3 bedrooms are very large and having an upstairs and downstairs bathroom is a real bonus. The garden is well maintained and a very good size with seating for a dozen people. Everything about Bluebell House is spacious and 6 of us stayed and had a wonderful time . Parking for 2 cars and in a peaceful spot just off of High St. Co-op shop 2 min walk with café opposite. Fish and chip shop round corner. All in all you wont find better. My family of 2 adults, 3 children and a dog(!) had a wonderful stay in Sallys home. We did not want to leave! The house was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Such a lovely space for a family to relax. A peaceful countryside setting but only a 5 minute drive from the town. Wonderful powerful shower, comfy beds and quality linen throughout. The kitchen was the most thoroughly equipped in any air b&b we have stayed in. We made much use of the lovely garden, BBQ, hot tub and kids toys. Sally was very proactive the instant we booked. We were kindly given an early check in which was greatly appreciated. She even arranged for a stair gate which allowed us to keep our spaniel downstairs. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would love to return!
