Holiday home "Het Pipeluurtje" is located at a side of the river IJssel, with an unobstructed view over the flood plains and the water. It is located in the outskirts of Olburgen, on the border of the Achterhoek and the Veluwe, near the picturesque Bronckhorst and the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen. "The Pipeluurtje" is colorful and tastefully decorated, has a living room, two bedrooms with a sink, kitchen equipped with every comfort, and a bathroom. Around the house is a spacious garden with seating.

Ver weg, te midden van Niets, genieten van de stilte, waar het ’s nachts echt donker is! ’s Ochtends ontwaak je van de patrijzen en vanuit je bedstee spot je een ree. Telefoon uit, korte broek aan, ga je mee verwilderen? Ontdek op onze boerderij hoe natuur en landbouw samen gaan. Het stikt hier van de beestjes en het platteland daagt je uit. Kijk rond op het erf of doe lekker niets op de ligbedden. Het huisje is voor max 4 volwassenen. Eventueel kunnen daar 2 kinderen tot 12 jr in de tent bij.

Uit deze charmante, unieke accommodatie wil je nooit meer weg. Dit gastenverblijf (32m2) in het statige Dieren-Zuid biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de IJssel en uiterwaarden. Het verblijf is volledig ingericht voor 2 personen met eigen ingang (gedeelde hal). Nationaal Park Veluwezoom (Posbank op 12 minuten) en Hanzesteden binnen handbereik: heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, museumbezoek, kastelen bezoeken. Met het intercitystation op loopafstand zijn Arnhem, Zutphen en Deventer goed te bereiken.

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

B & B De Rozengracht

Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking can be done on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be covered. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden shed. Breakfast is waiting for you in the fridge. In Doesburg you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mixture of culture and history !

In our Tiny House it is great enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace, the cozy living room, the warm atmosphere, the natural environment, the feeling of freedom. Walk from the living room through the French doors to the covered terrace where you can relax in the evening sun. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts. Take advantage of the hot tub, heat your own fikkie on the fire pit, make new acquaintances. And, your pet (max. 2) is also welcome.
