Everything was perfect for my colleagues stay! Check in was easy and we had no issues. Would happily stay again!

Beautiful place! The lodge was amazing, very private too! The check in/out staff were fantastic and they couldn’t be more helpful! Just be aware that if you want to do any activities or use the beach, book in advance! As this gets booked up very quickly! Also you do have to pay for logs for the hot tub which can add up! We didn’t need to use it as the weather was so lovely!! But overall fantastic experience and would come back and stay again! ☺️☺️

This was an amazing property. It was very peaceful and beautiful! It was close enough to London driving but still in the countryside where it was relaxing and away from the busyiness. I would recommend this property to others!

We stayed two nights at Amanda's charming cottage and had a wonderful time. The garden is absolutely beautiful and clearly well cared for – our dog Morty had a great time exploring, and we enjoyed some peaceful sunbathing on the lawn. The location is quiet and relaxing, with a few great gastro pubs just a short drive away. A perfect little getaway from the hustle and bustle of London!

Staying in this location was incredible. It was the perfect get away to spend some time relaxing, sitting in the sun, and watching all the fishes in the lake. It’s super close to nearby towns so plenty of things to do and go off site for a drink or some food.

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

Lovely place in beautiful surroundings with great walks from the door. Perfect for a relaxed couple of days and the weather was on our side!

A super relaxing stay at this lovely cottage. We visited nearby ightham mote and great comp garden. Graham was great in terms of checking that everything was all fine. Definitely would return.

Needed a place to crash for 6 weeks while having work done at home. It had everything we needed. Good responsive host, has made every effort to ensure all amenities were available. Highly recommend for short or long stays.. close to railway, motorway and shops.. Only improvement I would recommend is up security. No alarm, no external CCTV and only a single Yale lock on front door..

We had a great stay at Lychgate House, it felt like a real home from home. Everything was good and as described and shown in the photos. On top of that the bed was very comfy and it was so quiet at night. Lovely to hear the church bells in the daytime. Marie was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

A great AirBNB in a really nice location. Had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. Really peaceful surroundings. Very helpful hosts.

Our group of 8 plus a 5month old baby was a multi generational family group. We were down for 2 nights for a family wedding on the south side of Tonbridge. We used all 5 bedrooms and it worked out well -3 couples and 2 young sibling adults. We gravitated to the kitchen conservatory area rather than the main sitting room. The kitchen is a bit tight for food preparation surfaces but the big kitchen table comes in handy for this. Plentiful supply of wood, coal, logs etc but we were not there long enough in the evenings to use the open fires. I’m sure it would have been nice though. Watch out for the steep stairs and low beams -one of our team was 6ft 6 inches. Not too many painful bangs on the head! All in all, it was just what we wanted. Thanks you James and Beverley.

We had a great stay at The Gingerbread House. The house was spotless, beds comfortable and Jo was great. We were visiting family in Bromley and Sevenoaks and the accommodation was perfect for access to M25 and A21. Many thanks

My husband and I stayed for a few nights over a weekend. The coach house is absolutely lovely. It is very comfortable, private, quiet, peaceful and was a nice respite from having spent time in busy London. You have everything you need to relax, sleep well and cook in. The place is nicely designed, tastefully decorated and clean. Petra greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and left us lovely provisions (decadent cakes!) to get us started on a nice weekend. We went for long walks/runs in Richmond Park (a 5 min walk away), and enjoyed hanging out in the house on a rainy Saturday. A large Sainsbury's is a 15-min walk away, and the Noribiton station is a 20 min walk. The coach house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with little traffic. We walked or took public transport. All in all, a fantastic, quiet getaway. We would definitely stay again.

Truly a unique house in an amazing setting - a view of the tides on the Thames! A home 400 years old, with quirky steep staircases and full of charm! The views and people-watching opportunities were amazing, and it was so close to the Underground that we could go anywhere in London easily. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and had convenience stores a few minutes away. Our host responded immediately to questions, and provided everything we needed to feel at home. There were also many recommendations for eating out and visiting nearby attractions. The only drawback for us was a nearby pub that kept later hours than ours on the weekend, but the bedroom downstairs was always very quiet. For an immersive experience of living in England you would get nowhere else, this is the perfect place to stay. We loved it.

Aideen was a great host, very accommodating with our check in and check out times. Provided local recommendations on where to eat and how to find the local transport. The prefect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for just over a week, perfect location, beautiful views, and plenty of wildlife. House was ideal for us - 2 families (4 adults, 1 teen and an infant) . Highly recommend and would love to return. So many places to visit close by, but also a great base if you want to go further afield. House was very clean and fresh, and we loved the little welcome pack!

We were delighted with the spacious, quality accommodation that Karon provided. It was really comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It also has a lovely outdoor area which we didn’t get chance to experience but is a great addition to the property. We hope to return when we are next in the area with our job!! Thank you !!!

Norsey Cottage was absolutely wonderful and Matt was so accommodating for us and made check in super easy. Would easily give 6 stars if possible! The cottage is cosy and comfortable with everything you need, And was perfectly located to get us into London as its so close the train station, the high street has so many restaurant's close by too. cannot recommend enough, Thanks again Matt! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
