Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Broken Arrow

Extremely responsive host. Even though it wasn’t clean at check in he made sure to make sure it was cleaned within an hour of our arrival and made a full refund of our cleaning fee. Extremely grateful and would stay again.

I stayed for a month while on a rotation in Tulsa. I thought it was the perfect little place for me as I don’t need much room and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. To get to the room you walk through a common area washroom but i wasn’t ever really disturbed by people washing their clothes. It has a parking area enclosed by a fence which was nice, you may want to use the street parking if you have a very large truck but most cars and trucks would fit in the parking place fine. The place did have a bit of a smell that some older homes have. I used some air freshener but the smell never went completely away. It wasn’t super strong or bothersome, just something to consider if you have a sensitive nose. I think the price and location makes up for the issue without a doubt!

Would definitely stay again! Daniel’s place is very charming and quiet. I needed somewhere close to the BOK and this was perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and bars downtown too.

The location was walkable to every thing on our list! The place was super clean and parking on street was better than expected. We enjoyed the sky patio and playing pool in the lounge area too. We hope to be back soon

The unit was a great place to stay. Easy walking to everything. Want to go see a concert at BOK it’s right around the corner. The Mayo is next door. Walking distance to Tulsa performing arts center. If you want to discover downtown Tulsa, this is a great place to say. Bentley was an awesome host. The unit had everything you needed for an extended stay I stayed for 12 days and had all of the amenities that I needed and more.

We enjoyed our stay while in Tulsa. The trees and outdoor area were very green and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of space to spread out in. The beds were very comfortable. We would return. Thanks!

Mark was the best host I have ever experienced. He went so far above and beyond my expectations! The house is awesome and was perfect for our small group! I highly recommend Mark and his house! Great location, cute neighborhood and close to good restaurants. House just like the pictures and description. Very comfortable place to spend a long weekend. Clean and lots of extras, if you forgot anything Sherry probably had it!

super clean! comfortable beds! my top important factors in staying anywhere. however decor was the tops!! Super fun place AND loved the arcade game room. place was spacious and inviting. Definitely staying here again

4.5 rounded up to 5. Lovely quiet safe neighborhood. Excellent location near Gathering Place. Spacious living & dining areas. Loads of children’s books, playthings. Ample supplies, implements to clean you, kids, pets, floor, clothes. Excellent water pressure in shower. Recommend 13-15” stool for kids under 42” at 2 sinks. A/C great relief in 100-105 temps. Ice maker doesn’t work, no ice trays. Rice cooker broken; we cooked rice in shallow pan. Recommend small or medium pot. Coffee maker faulty, needs replacement. 50 gold-rimmed plates; only 1 no-gold plate. Recommend ≥ 6 microwave-safe plates. Rugs in LR & BR2 tripping hazards. Highly recommend owners rectify for safety. Lighting very good in all rooms but bunkroom. Requested replacement of 1 dead bulb in ceiling; next day host changed out 2 but inferior wattage made room even dimmer. Overall, family enjoyed comfortable stay, had fun in Tulsa. Will consider returning esp. if hosts accept recommendations.
