Tips for excursions can be requested if necessary. An information folder is available - otherwise I proceed freely according to the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory!"

We offer accommodation in an atmospheric place, surrounded by trees, with access to a garden and a private outdoor space (patio) with a seating area. The apartment occupies the ground floor of the building, has a separate entrance and an exit to the garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in Wilkanów. We are only 4 km from Zielona Góra (10 min by car to the center). The proximity of the ring road provides quick and convenient access for people traveling on the S3 route and the A2 motorway.

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

It has room for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits. In addition, there are plenty of play opportunities for children. Sauna use is possible for €20. Guests staying only one night pay a surcharge of €20.
