Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Broadwater

Jenny's place is very well equipped and you can probably find almost any piece of cooking equipment you might need. There are signs of wear and tear on some equipment and furniture but this does not affect usage. There is a garage but it was used to store receeation equipment and the dryer so it could not be used- if it is raining, this means you will need to make a run for the front door as you won't be sheltered. Otherwise, not much of an issue to just park in front of the house. Kids were delighted with the table tennis table and made use of it nightly. Lots of bin chickens and other birds in the neighbourhood which was a delight to spot. Overall great base to explore the Busselton area.

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

This airbnb is so unique that it scored the highest overall points from us. No complaints. Everything was done and thought off well. The repurposed material touches is also great. Definitely the best recommendation i could give for anyone who wants to stay at Margaret River area.

What a wonderful home away from home! This was our first trip away as a family with our little 20 month old toddler. The house was beautiful, comfy bed and plenty of space for our little one to run around inside and out! Added bonus when we found some toys and books for her to play with and read too. The property itself is beautiful, so peaceful and calming and getting to see the Kangaroo's was the cherry on top! We weren't far from the town centre so it was the perfect location. I really didn't want to come home! Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with and I can't thank her enough for having us stay at Roo's Leap Retreat. We would definitely stay here again!! 😊

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed it’s beautiful and clean. My kids love the playground and the various sports equipments. Very cosy house

Amazing peaceful place to stay - highly recommended

Stayed at this place for the second time and we had a great time. Close to amenities, good base if you are intending to go to Margaret river and Augusta. Alex and Max were responsive with my messages and I scored a bonus late checkout which was great for my family. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was well set up, and the kids absolutely loved all the toys provided. The surroundings were beautiful, and it was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to local tourist spots. It was peaceful, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat.

If I am fortunate enough to return to Western Australia, this is where i will book! Unit was clean, nicely appointed and well equipped. Hosts comminicated proactively and made every effort to ensure that our stay was satisfactory. 'Oasis' clearly defines the setting for this unit. No hesitation in recommending this unit!

Great location, very private, and picturesque. We had a peaceful stay here with our pooch. The bed and couch were very comfortable and clean. Just a minor thing to note, there was no microwave (as not listed on their amenities). It was slightly warm in the lounge so we thought the heater was on when the sun was setting but being cold weather, on the positive side, temperature inside the house even at night was not cold. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. The surroundings were nothing short of breathtaking — lush, peaceful, and the perfect setting to unwind with a glass of wine. Our hosts, Simone and Alan were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality really elevated the whole experience. One of the highlights was watching the kookaburras at dusk — such a special touch of nature that made the evenings truly memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty, and thoughtful hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

Mark was a great host and made us feel right at home. Very friendly and highly responsive with all our questions. The home was beautiful overlooking a lake and the fire pits were awesome!

Had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! A quiet peaceful street located a short walk from Margaret River town centre. Comfy beds and a great fireplace! Definitely recommend this place!

The amenities were amazing! Love the fireplace. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who wants proximity to the waterfront but don’t want to be too far from the conveniences like groceries and coffee.

Place was great. House was spacious although bathroom is pretty small. Booked for the hot tub so was disappointed to find that the air pump was broken so only heated, no massage air jets. Otherwise great stay. Very close to dunsborough town centre so easy walk in.

A nice clean and tidy house, very walkable to Dunsborough town centre (8 mins). Very peaceful and quiet in the evening too. House was very spacious and clean. Beds comfy and all important Wifi up and running for the kids!

Lovely place with cathedral ceilings giving you a sense a space, nicely decorated, beautiful manicured gardens, comfortable beds, bbq and outdoors furniture super clean (this is not a common thing), walking distance to the beach and town. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable and clean and a great location only a ten minute walk from the beach where we had a great breakfast at the cafe. We would definitely return if we went back to Margaret River.

Such a cute little abode in the heart of Gnarabup. This arty, colourful studio was exactly what we needed to escape from reality and to reconnect together. With plenty of adventures, wineries, activities and factories around this area was also were extremely busy enjoying ourselves with indulgences. Comfortable bed, dishwasher and bath were some highlights. Will definitely be back. Nothing to complain about at all, we missed having a microwave but used the stovetop and oven instead which was better for our health anyway :)

The house in front of the pond is magic. Beyond the inside luxury minimalist feel with amazing comfort and all amenities, the outside environment is just incredible. There is much to do around for 3+ days. We were blessed to have wild kangaroos visiting in the garden as well as resident duck from the pond. It is far from where we leave but definitely a place we would love to return.

We stayed for 2 nights, perfect accommodation to share with friends/family, lovely house and very clean! Tony and others were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in dunsborough!

Lovely farm stay with expansive views of nature and cows. We had lotsa fun with the space and when the stars appears in the sky at night free of light pollution, it was magical. Thank you Alexander for keeping the property in such a pristine condition. If the side cottage to the main building has attached bathroom, that would have been perfect.
