Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

'Charlotte-Rose' is our handcrafted, luxurious Shepherd's hut. Designed and made to provide all you need for your comfort and pleasure. The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Converted barn in quiet, rural location.

Located next door to a working sheep farm, this independent rural retreat is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful Norfolk & Suffolk countryside. There are amazing country lanes to explore on your bike, and the Waveney Valley for walking is a short drive away as are all the attractions of Norwich. There are wide reaching views and walks from the house. No traffic noise at all- just sheep, wildlife and very dark skies. We have safe parking and are only 13km from Snetterton.

A lovely 11 mins walk to the heart of town. The Highlands Suite is a perfect spot to stay during a visit to the area. The residence is part of a successful bed and breakfast operating since Jan 2016. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
