A lovely and convenient stay!

Beautifully renovated house, spacious and amazingly designed. Two toilets, a big plus for us ,girls wise''. Everything was clean and scented. My friends and I appreciated the privacy and quiet environment. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Great communication. We'll be sure to come back and recommend 😊

It is a great base to stay to explore the Palava region. The house has everything multiple families or a large group of people need. We especially enjoyed the bottom terrasse and the common room where we could spend our evenings together. There are multiple wine cellars within 5 minutes walking as well as a grocery store bit further away. The whole village is in beautiful countryside, so just walking in the vineyards is an unforgettable experience. Margit has been accommodating and responsive, so I can warmly recommend this listing for a large family or a group of friends.

The cottage is located in an amazing environment. Beautiful forest and peace around. The host is great to deal with. And we'd love to come back here. Thanks for a great stay.

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

Nice easy place to stay for a night on vacation!

I very much enjoyed staying in the house, which had a convenient location for our vacation and beautiful nature surrounding the area. Easy parking was available for a bigger car. We enjoyed the backyard at the house, as well as Petra's responsiveness and recommendations for routes to walk in the area with our dogs.

I would love to give more than 5 stars! It all worked out, from communication to stay and check-out. Marek was always available and very accommodating and answered all questions in detail and immediately. The accommodation is exactly as described and a 10-minute walk away are beautiful ruins with an enchanting view, perfect for watching the sunset from there. We had a very great time and would come back any time.

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

Martin is a great host - nice, friendly, can be arranged with him, he accommodated us in all our needs and invited us to taste his spirits. Beautiful and clean place, no problem to arrange anything. We also had wines there for 180Kč/pcs, which was very nice :) I really recommend, 12/10!

Everything was great. The accommodation is really right next to the train station. With the windows open, you can sometimes hear the train announcements when it's quiet outside :D. We had everything we needed (towels, coffee, blankets, umbrella, etc. The room was clean and nice. The house is quiet and no one disturbed us. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area, both at low prices and good, more prestigious restaurants. Right next to the house is a beautiful path to the walls.

Great place, great apartment. The only problem is the noise during the evening and partly also during the night. If you want to sleep you might have a problem. Lively beer pub under the window and, electronic music club in the building (we visited on Friday night and some techno or disco took place there, so we could hear it until 2am or s). Perfect for those who come to have fun and party outside, less for those looking for a quieter place to sleep.

Hi, thank you for a great weekend. Everything went smoothly. The stay met expectations. Everything worked as it should. We came to explore the underground spaces in nearby Tišnov. So we didn't stay in the accommodation much. We had a nice chat with the host. If we ever go around, we'll be sure to try the place again. Thanks again Cesneek

Very nice house. Everything is clean. A small courtyard with a wonderful view. The hostess is a sweet, responsive woman. She's ready to help at a moment's notice. She helped us with a reserve of tickets to the caves, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come here again.

We stayed at this property for one night on the drive to Hungary with a baby and dog. Great area for hiking,restaurant just around the corner, clean accommodation, furnished with everything you need.
