Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brno-Country District

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean space, perfectly equipped. Everything was perfectly prepared and the communication with the owners was great and they were very nice. And as a bonus, it's amazing wine :) If to Hustopeči again, this is the only place.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

The house fulfilled everything we needed :) We felt completely at home, and the children were also very happy. The pool in the hot weather did its job. We also used the grill and outdoor seating. Everything was absolutely fine. I can only recommend :)

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

We had a great stay! This home was cozy, had everything we needed, and was a very peaceful location.

Veronika's place was lovely. I adored all the plants, she did such a good job with it. The little balcony was nice to sit on out in too, watching the wild hares run around. The appartement was very homey. Its only 20 minutes walk from the city. There's a big shopping center across the road for anything you need. Veronika, and her partner were also very friendly and helpful,l super lovely people. Plus a space for your car in the garage, great!

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

There were four of us (2 adults, 2 children) for 5 nights in Ondrej's apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The (parents') bedroom alone faces a very busy street, on which a tram also runs, so it is quite loud there, especially when the windows are open. Ondrej was very helpful and friendly and took care of a parking permit in the area and a shelter for our bikes. We felt completely comfortable and would book the apartment again.

Great seven-night stay at Matěj's apartment. Looks just like in the pictures. It's very clean, huge (modern building with high ceilings) and is located on a leafy, quiet street a fifteen -minute walk or quick tram ride from the centre of Brno. There are also some cafés, convenience stores and a lovely part within 5 mins of the apartment. One of the best-equipped AirBnBs of the many that I've used over the years. Díky, Matěji!

Nice accommodation, close to the city center. Responsive and helpful host. Great advantage is also being able to park in the nearby garage that is included to the apartment, if you are visiting by car.

Great place. Everything in the apartment was impeccable. Lots of natural light. Nice experience.

Although small, it is a pleasant accommodation close to the center. Very comfortable double bed, the bedroom has a window to the yard, so no noise from the street disturbed us while sleeping. 30 minutes walk to the old town, tram stop a minute from the accommodation. Parking is also possible in the privacy of the house's courtyard.

David is a great host, responding to messages right away. The apartment in perfect condition corresponds to the photos. The proximity of the apartment to the center is great. Quiet at night, large TV in front of the bed as well as in the good of the hotel, bathroom equipped, dishwasher too. It's just all I need for a trip. I definitely recommend David, you'll be as happy as I am. :)
