Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Brixton

This was my second stay at Francine’s place and once again it was great. Very convenient to central London, quiet, and clean. This is my go to stay in London and will definitely be back!

The room was great and the place is located right beside the London Underground. Seamlessly checked in and checked out with no issues. Very much appreciated Sven letting us store our luggage in the morning before our flight.

I had the pleasure of staying at Daisy’s wonderful home in Brixton, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly cozy and right at home. The thoughtfully designed and curated space was the perfect balance between comfort and style. The home is spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The skylight in the dining room is a stellar feature that brings in an abundance of natural light – such a brilliant touch! The styling and attention to detail are evident throughout – from the inviting living areas to the well-equipped kitchen. Every corner of the house radiates warmth and care. We had everything we needed and more. Brixton Train Station is just a short walk from the home, making central London just a stone’s throw away! I can’t recommend this place highly enough – a true gem in Brixton. Don't miss out on a wonderful stay here!

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

We loved our stay here! Sarah and Simon are very sweet hosts and they had lots of good tips for exploring the area. The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. You have easy access to public transport and can also take beautiful walks through the leafy park. We will be staying here again when we return to London in the future!

We can’t say thank you enough to Hamish and his family for letting us stay in their beautiful home. Area was quiet and close to a park that my daughter and I loved walking to.

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

Sonia and Mario’s house was perfect for my long weekend stay. I felt safe and welcome. The house is close to a bus stop and there are shops nearby in case one needs anything last minute. The house is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Sonia and Mario are lovely and made my stay super easy.

Centrally located in Old Town Clapham a cosy one bedroom apartment handy to transport, shops & restaurants. Diana a very generous host and most responsive. An exciting part of town that is part of the best Clapham has to offer. Would recommend.

This is a lovely little flat in an excellent location, just round the corner from the 02 and a few minutes walk from Brixton tube and all that Brixton has to offer. Despite its central location, the flat wasn’t too noisy thanks to triple glazing and solid floors. We didn’t really hear any other residents during our stay. The flat itself is very nicely kitted out and feels very homely. It was immaculately clean too. All in all 5 stars!

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

Very clean modern apartment with excellent rail and tube access. It does get quite hot and there is no A/C which was the only issue.

Second time we have stayed here. Very comfortable homely flat in easy walking distance to Brixton, Herne Hill and Brockwell Park. And Jessie is a great host to communicate with.

The apartment was very clean, modern, tastefully furnished, cozy with lots of amenities. We felt like at home immediately. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and proactively gave helpful suggestions that made our stay more enjoyable. I can highly recommend this place to anyone!

My partner & I stayed at Jonathan's place for 9 nights over the Easter break. The apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer, bed linen, plenty of towels & bathroom products etc. We were even greeted with complimentary local wine & beer and Easter eggs upon arrival. The apartment is in a fantastic location; walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops & Brixton tube station. Jonathan was a very responsive & helpful host, providing clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and check in, and responded to all questions and queries quickly. We couldn't fault our stay at all, it was perfect for our time in London & we'll definitely be back on our next trip to Europe.

We had a great stay for the weekend. The place was big (actually much bigger than the pictures I thought), super clean and really well stocked. The location was perfect, just up the road from the station, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils meaning we could cook dinner on one of the nights we stayed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Andy’s place was perfect for what we needed, it was just like the pictures clean tidy and felt comfortable a real home from home feeling which we all loved. The flat is huge with so much space which is hard to find in London. Perfect central location 5 min walk into the centre of Brixton with everything you need. Andy was a great host sorted the parking permits for us with no hesitation which was a great help and flexible with the check out too which came in really handy with the late night back before checkout. I won’t hesitate to stay again next year!

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

The apartment was like a home away from home. The layout in the kitchen seemed so well planned out and the general layout of the apartment was so accommodating. I had meetings at St Martins Village which was just 5 minutes walk away. The location was perfect. Thank you a great stay.

Lovely place in a great location. Communication from Francesca was excellent and she was extremely accommodating making sure our stay went well.

Fantastic location. Close to the very cosmopolitan Brixton market. Very easy walk to the tube, trains and buses. We bought Oyster cards at the tube station which made travel around Greater London seriously easy and efficient. The accommodation had everything we needed plus more. Heaps of books to read of that is your inclination - I found the range fascinating. The patio is a nice area to chill on those nice warm London afternoons. Shall stay here again when we return to London.

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!
