In the beautiful fishing port of Brixham, Crooked Park is a self-contained suite of rooms boasting free parking for 3 cars. Only 10 minute walk to the harbour basin for pubs and restaurants. WiFi, fridge, microwave, Nespresso and TV in the main room. Whilst there is no lounge the main bedroom has plenty of room to gather plus all rooms open on to a common area. A welcome pack of cereals, milk, sugar, coffee, tea and bottled water plus linen and towels are all supplied. Sunny decked seating area.

The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
