Charming house in the heart of Perros-Guirec

Ar penty is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros Guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes' walk and the two beaches as well as the port are 15/20 minutes' walk. You have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It's a good place to stay, it's comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a nice and quiet landscaped exterior.

La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.

The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with an adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace leads to the studio and is private. We have a bike room and the neighborhood is quiet
