Very nice 42 m² apartment with stunning views of the port of Dinan and its viaduct. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an old building from 1777, it was completely renovated in 2019, to offer you maximum comfort, in a decor that is both understated and modern. Ideal starting point for walks along the Rance, or for a visit to the city by taking the famous Rue du Jerzual, just nearby, the apartment will seduce you with its idyllic location.

The Lost Cachette, Hammam, Spa, Bikes*

The Lost Hideout, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this atypical little T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer as in winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are loaned free of charge, and are not part of the rental in case of failure, there is no recourse.

Beach House

Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.

This studio of 25 m², on the ground floor with its garden, is ideally located 150 m from the beach of Le Pont and on the "maritime bike". He will welcome you for your stay on the Emerald Coast.
