Nicholas and his wife were lovely hosts. He was very communicative before our arrival, which was helpful because the parking was a little tricky. He met us and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It is very clean and simple yet lovely and comfortable. There were outside spaces to congregate on either side of the apartment. The location was convenient. He was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, and when to arrive places to miss crowds. We wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. An heissen Tagen war die Unterkunft dank der Lage und den Bäumen im Garten angenehm kühl. Die Kommunikation mit Fiorenzo war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft von Herzen weiter.

Excellent stay in a fab apartment. Great location and property as described. Stefania was a fantastic host and was always available for any issues. A perfect stay for out time in Lake Maggiore. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Antonio is an exemplary host! Nothing was too much trouble, his responses to our requests were immediate and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The views, location and ambiance are 5 star plus! Styling was minimalistic but on point. We loved the vibe and it’s the perfect couples retreat. Highly recommended! As hosts ourselves we know how important it is to communicate and provide a bespoke experience for our guests and Antonio exceeded all expectations!

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, sehr sauber und zuvorkommende Gastgeber mit guter Kommunikation. War ein super Urlaub und kommen wieder!

De woning van Catharina was de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Como en omgeving te bezoeken. Alles bevindt zich op loopafstand. De woning is groot en de slaapbank ligt prima! Het werd met 30+ graden wel warm binnen, maar als je de luiken overdag dicht houdt en ‘s ochtends + ‘s avonds de ramen open zet, is het prima te doen. We wisten van te voren natuurlijk dat er ventilatoren ipv een airco waren, dus dat was geen probleem! Het appartement is erg ruim en het terras was echt een pluspunt. Als je een heel lichte slaper bent, zou ik wel oordoppen meenemen omdat er nu eenmaal wat verkeer langsrijdt en je soms de buren boven kunt horen praten en met stoelen schuiven, maar het is niet overdreven lawaaierig! Catharina is een goede host, reageert heel snel en denkt met je mee over bijvoorbeeld bagageopslag en heeft ons eerder dan afgesproken laten inchecken. We zijn erg tevreden met onze tijd in het huis van Catharina, en komen hier graag terug als we weer in de buurt zijn!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Vielen Dank von Herzen liebe Carla Lidia. Wir als familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und hund haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt bei Carla... sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, diskret einfach ein Herzens Mensch. Sie hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir vorher in die Wohnung rein konnten und hat uns sogar etwas organisiert um noch weitere Tage da zu bleiben. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe, Kunst und kleinen schönen Details eingerichtet. Die Fotos werden der Wohnung nicht gerecht sie ist viel schöner mit vielen bequemen sitz möglichkeiten zum Lesen oder einfach entspannen. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon im Schlafzimmer ist atemberaubende und der panoramaweg nach orta ist echt schön. Ihr bekommt außergewöhnliche Tips die außerhalb des normalen Tourismus sind... wir kommen so gerne wieder... danke von Herzen

We loved staying at Luca’s home. Better than what we could have expected! Great location, everything we needed was in the apartment. The building itself is spectacular with the exposed stone and beams. Luca was a fabulous host from check-in to check out. Thank you for everything!

Both Francesco and his mom are super friendly, and very service minded. We had an amazing stay for 8 days and truly enjoyed it! The view is spectacular! And the apartment is perfect, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which makes it easy to cook. I would however recommend trying the local Briisa de ness, really good food. I would stay here again any time! One little note, it’s not that easy to get around in the area with your dog, as there are no paths outside of the roads, the roads are quite small and sometimes a bit busy to walk on. So you will either have to drive a bit to get to an area suitable for walking. However there is a small garden attached to the apartment.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage, der Blick auf den See und der schöne Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Parkplätze sind etwas zu klein. Vielen Dank an Alberto, der ein ausgezeichneter Gastgaber ist.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Mavi’s place was just as described: a beautiful location with very comfortable spacious accommodations and stunning lake views from both balconies. Mavi was an attentive host with great local recommendations for dining, swimming and sights to see. Mavi and her mother Carla also helped us make dinner reservations, saved us from a parking faux pas, and picked us up when no taxis were available. They were such thoughtful and kind hosts, and we highly recommend Mavi’s place.

Super Gastgeber – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft ist absolut kinderfreundlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns als Familie rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen Paola oli täydellinen emäntä. Haimme siskoni kanssa rauhaa ja rentoutumista ja sitä todella saimme istuessamme asunnon parvekkeella, vehreyden ja kauneuden ympäröimänä, taianomaisesta ilta- auringosta nauttien. Alueella on paljon katsottavaa ja koettavaa. Palasimme kotiin rentoutuneina, ihanat muistot mukanamme.

Tolle Wohnung. Ricardo war bei allen aufkommenden Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Os vizinhos eram um pouco barulhentos e a luz do corredor acendia com sensor automático. O vizinho da frente se passa se acendia me a luz do corredor. Mas em geral estou muito contente com a estadia. Senhora Miranda muito atenciosa e simpática.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé entre amis chez Massimo. Le logement est impeccable, moderne et spacieux pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La terrasse est vraiment grande et propose une vue impressionnante sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures de la résidence, notamment le terrain de tennis. La localisation du logement permet d'accéder à de multiples activités: visite (Lugano, Côme, Arona ...), sportives (trail, golf...), restaurants dans les villes autour. Un vrai coup de coeur que je recommande fortement!

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.
