An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

Cour de Liege is a gem within a gem! Anjou is already a treasure in the heart of France, but Laurent and Piritta's property is a pocket of paradise. Calm, scenic, rustic but elegant. Laurent and Piritta were the kindest hosts and really made us feel at home. They helped us learn about the area and gave us the investment of their time. Our children loved the countryside property and the horses, peacocks, and natural beauty. The farmhouse gite is tastefully restored and the beds were wonderful! We didn't want to leave! One of the best spots in France:) Thank you to Laurent and Piritta-- excellent hosts and wonderful people.

Pam and Ingemar were just so nice ! They looked after us so well ( delicious home made bread ,food in the fridge) and their cottage is very confortable, in the middle of nature. It's peaceful and quite. Wonderful to rest. The zoo is roughly 8 minutes driving. We hope to come back !

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

We loved our time at Orchard cottage. Emma and Tim went above and beyond to welcome us, offer tips on good locations amd even offered to run us up to a local wine tasting. We were able to enjoy some "down time" relaxing in the beautiful garden, using the pool and reading in the hammock. And we also visited 4 local chateaux. We particularly enjoyed our day in Saumur. I highly recommend this venue for a fabulous experience of rural countryside and visits to some of the beautiful chateaux that the Loire region has to offer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maison de la Louet! The many authentic details breathe history and ambience into the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided (e.g. oven, dish washer, etc.). The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The river Louet is really close and offers many forms of relaxation like walking/ hiking and swimming. Also the towns of Denée and Murs are within easy distance for everyday trips to the bakery and supermarket. Angers is close if you feel like shopping or a broader range of entertainment. Absolutely perfect! Our favorite out of many French Air BnB’s.

Annie and Thierry are very good hosts. They responded very quickly to our questions and queries. Lots to explore within a thirty minute drive. Saumur is exceptionally beautiful, Angers is very busy! Great onsite parking and very secure area for young children and a little active dog! Great outdoor seating area and BBQ, as equally comfortable inside. Quality furnishing. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Beds very comfortable. Children’s games, thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren. Lots of information on places to see, things to do. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful place to rest after a busy day exploring.

We had a great time at Armelle's place... The place invites you to tranquility and it's a great place to stay... The outside is beautiful, the house warm... everything is there! Coming for a floral contest at Château de Brissac, this house was a haven of peace to recharge our batteries...

Very good welcome even if the key was in a key box, the renter wanted to welcome us in person. Housing that matched the descriptions as well as our expectations.

The accommodation is very pleasant, a beautiful renovation with pretty old doors and a favorite for the tiles of the bathrooms. The two suites are comfortable, the bedding quality.

We had a lovely stay in Corinne's cottage. It is is in a very quiet street but within easy reach of the river Loire. Everything we needed had been provided. We appreciated the bottle of wine in the fridge too! The garden and terraced area were a real bonus as the weather was warm enough to eat outside. Although not in residence nearby, Corinne was easy to reach by email and very quick to respond. The phone call to check that we had settled in was a nice touch. The area is lovely with plenty of historical places to visit nearby. We would recommend a holiday here.

My friends and I (two couples) had a great time staying at this beautiful accomodation. The location is perfect - a quiet spot in the countryside with easy access to a local town for your morning pastry and a short drive from Saumur too! The accomodation itself was well kitted out and we enjoyed multiple uses of the BBQ, and the outdoor facilities on offer (pool, table tennis, maze + much more!) kept us very busy. The spot was also a great base if keen cyclists, as we are. We can't thank May enough for being such a wonderful host and would recommend the spot to all!

Very good hosting by Céline, we felt welcome right away. The chalet is very comfortable even in April. The gardens and heated pool are very nice and neat, the setting is beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped even if the TV and its remote is a little capricious. It's just missing a comfy couch or bench. Access is easy and electric vehicle charging is a real plus. The location is ideal for visiting many castles or abbeys in the area. The value is great, we recommend this place to stay.

We had a lovely week here, the property was peaceful and we enjoyed the gorgeous pool area that was larger than we thought it was going to be! With a variety of nature to look out for around the house the kids had fun looking for wildlife and watching the lizards. The house itself was a fantastic size for a family of 3 and a family of 4 not to feel on top of eachother. It was lovely to know we could call Peter and his wife if we needed. Overall we would recommend visiting.

We had a lovely time at Nicolas's, the house is perfect for a family of up to 5 people, the accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is very functional, the garden is very quiet, we were able to play basketball with the children, they were delighted. Nicolas is very responsive and was very accommodating for a last-minute rental, I highly recommend it.

A further visit to the property and as previously we had lovely quiet stay. The village is beautiful and within walking distance. Saumur is close by with many nice restaurants and of course the Chateau and other museums. A stay here is recommended

Pleasant touches (from towels to welcome chocolates to breakfast essentials). Important information about the sites to visit. We had a very pleasant stay with Corinne and her husband in Anjou. We stayed in the gite which was very private. We enjoyed using the outside table and chairs for al fresco dining and aperitifs. The pool and gardens are very attractive. A lovely base to explore the many nearby chateaux and beautiful region
