Nuestra estancia estuvo increíble, las indicaciones de llegada fueron super claras, Luis siempre muy atento, la llegada al alojamiento super fácil desde el aeropuerto, la habitación muy cómoda con todo lo que indicaba, super cerca de la playa, una tienda enfrente del alojamiento, la alberca muy bien, la vista de la habitación muy bonita, el desayuno increíble y la atención de Claudia la persona que nos recibió excelente, alojamiento muy recomendable, hace falta un podo de mantenimiento a las áreas comunes pero en lugares con el clima tan extremo sabemos que es difícil, pero en general muy bonito lugar

Se você busca um lugar tranquilo, confortável e seguro certamente o espaço da Victoria é pra você! Perfeito para estadias mais longas. O lugar é rodeado de natureza, silencioso e bem pertinho da praia. Você pode ir caminhando para Punta Zicatela pela praia em 10min e desfrutar do agito e do centro comercial e depois voltar para a calmaria. Eu adorei!

Had a wonderful time at Ibai's home. Having a private yard and pool for this price was an unbeatable steal. A quite little oasis two streets from the beach and one street away from a charming and lively strip of restaurants, bars and entertainment (all while being perfectly tucked away in a quiet little nook). So quiet and relaxing, yet right in the thick of all La Punta has to offer. Friendly, accommodating host and a sweetheart of a house keeper. Everything was perfection. I will be back!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! I stayed here to celebrate my bachelorette party and we had the best time. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach and super close to shops, restaurants, and easy transportation. Clarissa was so nice and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The cleaning staff was also very kind and kept everything spotless. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, convenient, and comfortable stay in Puerto Escondido. Everything was great—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Silvia es un amor de persona, súper atenta, amable y siempre preocupada por que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Proporciona todo lo que un nómada digital necesita: excelente internet por cable y, si es necesario, también ofrece Starlink. El Airbnb también cuenta con renta de motos a uno de los mejores precios de la ciudad, ¡ideal para moverse por Puerto! Además, se pueden tomar clases de surf (longboard) con Omar. La cocina está equipada con lo básico para preparar tus comidas, y el barrio es tranquilo, con un ambiente muy local y auténtico. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quedarse en Puerto Escondido. Plus, hay dos gatas muy cariñosas que practicamente vivian con nosotros en el lado de fuera de la casa ¡Gracias por todo, Silvia!

El lugar estaba cerca de los restaurantes pero no tanto como para que se escuchara ruido en las noches, muy tranquilo el lugar y agradable

Una locura de lugar!!! Paso a enumerar, -muchos más lindo en persona que por foto, hay que estar ahí para experimentar la magia que tiene! -aislado y tranquilo (alquilamos cuatrimoto para andar) -Luis, Irene y todos los que trabajan ahí son súper amables. Una atención impecable -nos dejaron una amenidad por nuestro aniversario/luna de miel con una notita (se aprecia muchísimo) - tienen servicio de housekeeping todos los días y son excelentes. Un placer! -tienen room service (un restaurant cercano) con comida deliciosa -hay gatos, cerditos y animales. Siempre es lindo tener esas visitas -la piscina privada es un lujo! -arte en paredes, cuadros, etc una belleza -vista al mar con olas gigantes, un espectáculo de ver todo el día! -las camas son MUY cómodas y cuentan con aire acondicionado Es sin dudas el mejor airbnb en el que me he hospedado. Quedamos encantados y queremos volver! No se lo pierdan🫶🏼

La estadía fue perfecta, desde la decoración hasta el “micro clima” que tiene la casa para esos días de calor agobiante de puerto escondido ! La zona es tranquila a pocos minutos caminando de bares, restaurantes y la playa. Recomiendo 100% hospedar aquí. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirla!

Mi pareja y yo nos sentimos muy bien recibidos por Rebecca, sus perritos y gatitos, incluso al despedirnos. Ellos son muy dóciles, limpios y cariñosos, para nada intervienen en la estadía, nos encantó tenerlos cerca para no extrañar tanto a los nuestros. Con respecto a la estancia, todo es fiel a lo que se anuncia en fotos y descripción, la habitación es muy grande y la parte más refrescante del lugar. Lo que más nos gustó fue las sábanas y toallas limpias. La cama es muy cómoda así que dormíamos agusto. Todo funcionó muy bien, hay utensilios básicos en la cocina, el refri enfría demasiado y eso ayudó a mantener heladas nuestras bebidas durante todo el día. Y la vista al mar es hermosa. La estancia está sobre una avenida principal y podría escucharse el ruido de transportes, pero a nosotros en lo personal no nos molestaba, tampoco es algo insoportable y continuo. Si son muy piquis pues se resuelve durmiendo con tapones y listo, pero todo bien. Aquí Será nuestra opción para volver.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, organized, and super inviting, with an AC and Wi-Fi that worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and even let me check in early, which was a huge bonus since I arrived in Puerto Escondido a few hours before the usual check-in time. The cherry on top is the location—it’s within walking distance to everything you want to explore, and the area felt safe and peaceful at night. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! Just a heads-up, though—the stairs going up to the bedroom are a little… shall we say, ‘quirky’ in design. Definitely take it slow, especially if you’re coming back after a few drinks. Safety first, people! One small thing to note: during my stay, the town had daily power outages. Luckily, they didn’t last long, but it’s not the host’s fault—just a little hiccup with the local infrastructure. Hopefully, the Puerto Escondido government can get that sorted soon!

10/10 experience! The apartment is so beautiful and spacious in a great neighbourhood. It is conveniently located between La Punta and Zicatela beach, and very quiet, which I loved. Waking up to the ocean view everyday was amazing and the private rooftop terrace was such an added bonus! Hosts Reyna and David were so kind and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I kept extending my stay which tells you everything you need to know - I found it hard to leave! It goes without saying that I will be back. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to everything. Wonderful pool and beautiful property. Tim is the best host and is very welcoming. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I will really miss the pool. See you next time.

Nos encantó el alojamiento y la vista, el jacuzzi muy lindo y cómodo, cerca de muchos restaurantes y muy cerca de la Punta de Zicatela, además de estar impecable y ser muy amables todos! amamos a la gatita Tuki, paso la tarde de ambos días con nosotras 🩷 Nos encantaría regresar sin duda alguna

El lugar es muy cómodo, cuenta con una cafetería afuera con el personal super amable, caminando llegas a la zona principal de zicatela y el mar está a 5 minutos caminando, en la zona hay de todo para comer y en taxi llegas a las demás playas cercanas sin tema. el alojamiento está limpio y tiene ventilador y aire acondicionado, todo estuvo muy bien, sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

My friends and I stayed here for about 5 days and it was great! Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool and AC were great additions to this hidden oasis. If you plan on swimming in the ocean do your research first because many of the beaches have big tides, so you’ll probably have to take a quick taxi ride to one that is more calm. Wasn’t inconvenient for us since we wanted to see a new beach everyday. Overall, great stay!

Modern apartment close to the beach and the shops and restaurants of La Punta. Apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable, recommended.

The condo was very clean and cozy! I was always greeted with a huge smile by my host. I highly recommend!

Alfie was the best host! I ended up extending my stay in this lovely home. Alfie went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay in Puerto Escondido. Walking distance to Playa Zicatela. Grocery and laundry close by as well. Really loved cooking on the outdoor kitchen space and soaking in some pretty amazing sunsets. There’s also an indoor hammock that overlooks the pacific. Excellent!

La pasé muy bien, es una torre de condominios sin embargo siempre se siente la privacidad. Nos encantó que está muy cerca de muchas playas en especial de Carrizalillo, la ubicación es muy buena ya que está a 2 calles de una avenida principal donde si no tienes vehículo puedes tomar un taxi, además a la redonda existen varias cafeterías, y restaurantes. Muchas gracias por la atención y hospitalidad.

very nice and cosy apartment, with full kitchen. king bed is very comfortable and location is convenient. José and his family are very nice and helped with what ever we needed. I would highly recommend

Eva was very welcoming and proactive with providing all necessary help. Cesar and Jesus, the local guys helping in managing the check ins, are also very helpful and friendly - helped with arranging scooters and surfboards (best price in the area). The location of the house is great - you just wake up facing the beach with walking distance to Zicatela surf peak.
