We rented this cottage with my husband and we are more than won over by this really exotic place, perfect for getting away. Really well equipped, ping pong table and board games available, buoy and fries for swimming, this cottage is really perfect for 2 or as a family. Our group had a wonderful stay at Pascal, the location is perfect for groups with all facilities you can imagine. For activities you must look for in the surrounding area. We went kayaking and visited Chateau Fontainebleau, all relative close by. Pascal is very friendly and quick to react to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place to groups who are looking for a quiet and relaxed French experience.

Cycling the Nivernais in 35*C flexibility in arrival times, the cool relaxing atmosphere, we really could not have spent the night in a more welcoming, genuine provincial country home. The grandeur of its history seeps from every stone.

Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

Aude was the sweetest host - she lended us bicycles, gave us a quick ride, provided us with extra towels and wood and was very quick with our questions. The region is also beautiful, and the pool was also amazing to use.

I had a pleasant stay in this well-equipped, quiet and comfortable cottage. Both bedrooms are practical and the bathroom with towel dryer is a real plus. The nearby parking space is very convenient. An ideal single-storey house with very large rooms. (Big positive point) Clean with comfortable bedding. The hostess is kind and welcoming and happily advises on sightseeing tips. The early passage of cars near the house would be the weak point. But it doesn't spoil the holidays. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for this house, Catherine.

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We had a great stay at Lucy's. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, functional and quiet because it is set back from the street. Despite the high temperatures, the house was cool when we arrived, even without air conditioning. We treasure this address because we would love to return if the opportunity arises.

House nestled in a green setting, very quiet, well-equipped, very spacious (there were 11 of us and we didn't step on each other at all, responsive hosts, decorated with great taste, many activities possible on site. On the other hand, not very well signposted. We had to ask neighbors but it's really not a big deal. It's only for the first time and we'll definitely come back.
