Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Had a wonderful stay at Bear cabin. We went for a quick getaway to relax and unwind . It was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the swings on the front porch as well as a fire in the fire pit . We were lucky enough to have seen two bald eagles nearby at the lake . Would highly recommend and hopefully will be able to return again.

A perfect getaway! My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every little detail made it feel like home. Ashleigh was an incredible host, providing helpful information and even checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of our favorite moments was unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. During our stay, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and sitting on the screened-in front porch with a cup of coffee, watching the rain, was an unexpectedly serene experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat, and we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful location. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was friendly and easy throughout our trip. The nearby outlets were just a short drive away, and the river view was both stunning and incredibly peaceful. The landscaping was beautifully maintained, and the outdoor amenities really made the space feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! We had a very peaceful and private stay at this cabin. The hot tub was great for cooling off after long work weeks. The cabin was very cozy and had home-like feel. It was within driving distance to grocery shops and it is uniquely positioned in the midst of several nice spots. we also got visited by a cute cottontail rabbit. favorite part: privacy feel of the back yard and hot tub. the bathroom was a little small but it is fit for purpose.

This was the perfect family get away that was still close to so many wonderful attractions. The hots were extremely responsive and helpful!

My husband and I had a truly relaxing weekend spending time at the cabin. Lots of space to stretch out and relax by the pellet stove. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Definitely the sort of place worth a repeat visit.

Great, cozy cabin. It had all of the amenities, including a nice fire pit. Short walk to the trailhead for Cathedral Ledge and walkable to Echo Lake. The cabin is a short drive to Diana’s Bath and a short drive into North Conway as well. We’d definitely stay there again!

Outstanding cottage! It had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive and acommodating. We look forward to visit again!

We had such a cozy and memorable stay! The location was perfect—just a 10 min walk to the town forest park, which our pup absolutely loved. The hosts really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like dog treats, robes, and even maple syrup and pancake mix in the kitchen. Mornings by the fire with pancakes and coffee were a dream. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this spot, especially for dog owners and nature lovers!

We have stayed at Pioneer cabin several times now- and it is peaceful and welcoming in each season and with every visit! The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking, and the setting is serene. Our teen sons made memories grilling out, challenging each other to a dip in the chold May lake, and huddling around the firepit telling stories and laughing. My husband and I sat on the porch listening to the loons and soaking up the peace in the mornings. The beds were comfortable, and even on the chilly rainy Saturday the heat and electric fireplace kept it a cozy space to curl up with a good book. Our family is already eyeing the calendar to plan our next visit. Thank you for giving us the joy that Pioneer cabin provides with every trip. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I stayed with our two dogs for 8 days at Jennifer’s cabin. We were looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and Jennifer’s cabin helped us accomplish just that. The cabin is in a very private location with no neighbors in a peaceful setting. The cabin had plenty of space for our dogs to lounge around and play in the yard. The river is just steps from the front of the house. Every morning it was nice to get up and have coffee on the deck while listening to the river and then walk to the trails nearby to hike with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Awesome stay, me and my girlfriend took a last minute getaway trip to disconnect from everyone and this spot was exactly what we needed. Cozy, clean, and memorable. Would definitely come back.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway in the mountains!

We’ve just had the most wonderful four nights in the Kinsman Cabin, it was all way beyond expectation. The views were incredible and while the cabin was in a very private area a perfect local produce shop was only a 10 minutes drive away. We cooked every night at the cabin because with those views why wouldn’t you? Michael recommended a few walks that were only a short drive away and ended with some spectacular waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this property as a wonderful place to stay. Michael was a brilliant host who was very friendly and attentive and never shy of making recommendations. A very special place.

Loved my MONTH long stay at this adorable A-frame cabin. I came up seeking a change of scenery near the mountains while I worked remote with my pup. Location was perfect! So close to so many trails. I love the Zealand area. The little Christmas tree farm down the road was such a cute surprise… I walked my dog there almost daily. It was such a wonderful retreat. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay up in Carroll for our hiking trip! The house was great, it was clean and tidy and the yard was awesome for grilling and having a fire. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the White Mountains!

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!
