In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

It is a studio located on the 3rd floor( with elevator ) of a luxury building on Rue Jean Jaurès, one of the two main streets of Brest. The view overlooks the city and ( far away! ) the sea with the Minou lighthouse in Brest harbor.
