Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation perfect for a break away and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or take a train straight into the village from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m) Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We've released dates through to Autumn 25 with cosy 3/5/7 night break offers available over the Spring.

Sleeps up to 4 with bathroom and kitchenette. Close to wedding venues, lovely walks, cycling routes, golf courses, easy routes Into London and lakeside shopping centre. Dog friendly with a secure garden, free parking. Animal lovers haven. Green 🦜 and geese flying above with peacocks in the grounds.

This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Tranquil apartment just a 5 minute walk away from the historic high street and its diverse range of restaurants, boutiques, bars and coffee shops, as well as the famed castle and cathedral. A 10 minute walk to Rochester train station with high-speed trains to London in just 36 minutes. This apartment is located on the top floor of our centrally located, historic, family home. You will have the whole of the top floor to yourselves and will share an entrance with the main house.
