Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with a tub and shower. On the first floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS. I cannot rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open for too long.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (approx. 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being gently renovated by us and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near Bremen-Lesum train station. The journey to downtown Bremen takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping facilities nearby and wonderful walks in the recreational area.
