Das Erdgeschoss wird vom Vermieter bewohnt. Die Wohnung (90 qm) verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, kl. Küche, kll. Kinderzimmer, kl. Bad, eine geschlossene Loggia und einem kl. Flur. In der Loggia könnte ein dritter separater Schlafbereich mit Gästebett (0,90 x 2,00) hergerichtet werden.
