Free parking 50 meters from the house. The house is delicately renovated and has plenty of beds. Open living room-and-kitchen solution with dining table and seating area, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with heating cables and shower cubicle and private laundry room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom with heating cables and shower cabin. From the living room on the ground floor you go straight out on a flat with a large long table and plenty of seating. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 150,- per set or bring them yourself.

Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

Det er en stor dobbeltseng og sprinkelseng. Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Om sommeren kan man oppsøke noen av Gjerstads fine badeplasser som Sandåkerhølen eller Kleivvann. Det er også kort vei for de som liker langrenn og på Gautefall kan man renne nedover. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog

Here you can use our private spot to swim and relax. On the top floor there is an apartment with a modern kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a full size bed, and a small loft where 2 children can sleep. On the ground floor, with separate access, there is a simple kitchen, bathroom and sofa-bed.
