Located in a remarkable site, the house is located in the north of the island, very comfortable and warm with underfloor heating and a stove in the living room. It is bright, south facing over a very sheltered garden. The house was fully refurbished in 2022 and carefully decorated. On the ground floor: open plan kitchen, shower room, living/dining room. Upstairs: independent bedroom and a mezzanine with sofa bed. A 10-minute walk to the village and close to small quiet coves.

Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey.
