The Warrior Haven at the Alster - Ethno Apartment

Lovely location, lovely host. This apartment is a 10-minute walk from one of the most scenic paths along the Alster, from local restaurants and cafes and bakeries, and right by a bus stop as well as a subway stop. As far as location goes, you'd be hard-pressed to do better. And that is why I booked this place as a former local. The pleasant surprise, however, was the lovely host and the cat that kept me company.

I felt very comfortable with Daniela and her family from the first moment. Daniela is an extremely warm and attentive hostess, her two sons are lovable and open, and the two cats also contribute to the harmonious, lively atmosphere in the house. The house is freshly renovated, modern, tasteful and furnished with a lot of sense of aesthetics - you can tell that a lot of attention to detail has been paid here. Everything was very clean and well thought through. If you are looking for a friendly, stylish and family accommodation, Daniela is the right place for you. I'd love to come back!

From the very first moment, I could feel welcome and like at home. In the house you’ll always feel cozy, and it is kept in a perfect order. My private room had a great size with magnificent views to the greenery surrounding the house. The house has a great location to enter the parks, take runs or bicycle rides, to go to the golf course. It takes some time to get to the city center, but the public transport connections are really smooth. The hosts are wonderful to communicate and absolutely supportive in all aspects necessary for the guests to feel like at home.

Very quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet you can reach the first highlights of the city in a maximum of 25 minutes with the public transport. The contact with Simone was totally uncomplicated and warm, I felt comfortable immediately. Thank you, anytime again. :)
