The apartment is located in an apricot orchard between two vineyards in the village of Dolní Věstonice in the heart of the protected area Pálava. There is a kitchen equipped with dishes for 6 people, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. There's also a private terrace with a seating area and a barbecue, which offers magnificent views of Girl's Castles and Palava.

It is bordered by wine cellars, where local winemakers will be happy to welcome you and invite you to sample delicious Moravian wines. The interior of the building is newly renovated and offers modern amenities. The exception is the original bathroom, which will be renovated soon. We offer you a comfortable double bed that can be separated from a single bed by a stylish screen for your privacy. Our accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people with extra bed and quality mattress.

Villa Witke was built almost 100 years ago by architect Witke. Located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from beautiful MIkulov, 8km from Moravia Aquapark, 8km from Vestonic Venus ... near Valtice, Lednice (20km) and 1 hour you have it from us to Vienna:). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large common room, a kitchen and TV, and a playroom for kids and grown-ups alike. There is an outdoor grill, a seating area on the terrace.

This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (the city of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from Lednice - Valtice area. The closest cities for necessary shopping are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.
