Access to the gondola and Independence super chair lift are just outside the door. Hop on the gondola and you are one quick stop from the base of peak 8 or take a short gondola ride in to town to shop or dine. Pool and Bowling Alley etc. are located at One Ski Hill Lodge. You are just across the street from the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift and Ski School at the Village and steps away from the shops & restaurants on Main Street. The condo is located above Mi Casa Restaurant (best happy hour in town) and bike/ski rental shops. The building is older, but it has great amenities including one garage parking space, shared hot tub, and a private balcony. *After 4/1 the fireplace will be closed and not available for use*

Decked out in a hip alpine-modern style, this small condo has everything you need for a perfect ski vacation or summer getaway. Watch the sunset from the balcony that is nestled among the trees or wake up to views of the ski area and choose your run for the day. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Hiking, biking and cross-country trails are nearby. It is 2.5 miles to town and NOT ski-in ski-out, but there is a free bus to town/skiing.

Prime Breck Studio, walk to the Quicksilver lift!

Cozy 600 square foot studio condo is 200 yards from the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. Walkable Breck! I live in Atlanta and I won’t bother you on site:) One queen bed and one bathroom, ideal for two adults. The bed is a soft tempurpedic and a firm sofa bed. Free parking! Walk to the quicksilver lift! Quicksilver lift usually closes in late April sometime. Closest unit to the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs!
