Great apartment, great staff If you add a hot tub on the 7th, that will be great. I would highly recommend. 

The flat was spacious and had everything we needed for the time we stayed in Brazzaville. Semplice has been super responsive and accommodating. I would come back again.

This was an excellent stay. What is not immediately evident from the listing is the level of service that Mr. Simplice and his staff deliver. They accommodated us in everything that we could need. If we find ourselves in Brazzaville again, this building is the first place we will check.

Luc was great and very responsive. We had a lovely time in the home, which is a bit outside the city but there are many taxis nearby that can quickly bring you back in. The house itself was very private, it looks like the pictures. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Brazzaville.

As a regular Airbnb traveler, I have stayed in many places around the world. However, Simplice's apartment in the Congo stands out as one of the nicest, best-located, and most affordable accommodations I have ever experienced. My stay on the 6th floor provided me with a stunning view of the Congo River. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and modern, and it had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Our cleaning lady kept the apartment spotless, and Lionel at the reception desk was always happy to arrange a taxi to pick me up at the gate. Overall, my stay at Simplice's apartment was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in the Congo.

A very nice apartment, well furnished with a very nice view of the river from the dining room and the bridge from the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and are equipped with a very large flat screen TV, in addition to the one in the living room. The beds are huge with good bedding and the bathrooms are beautiful! It is really a luxurious apartment and it is very pleasant to rest there after a day of walking in Brazzaville. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Simplice but her nephew welcomed us with great kindness. On the other hand, we really appreciated Simplice's flexibility with our arrival and departure times. It touched us a lot. On the other hand, he is very responsive in answering any questions we may have.
