Place was very clean,comfy and had everything you need. Even has grills on the private porch and chairs along with a small fire pit for the colder seasons.

Beautiful location, accommodations, and ideal set up for our family! Loved the covered patio area with seating for eating outdoors. Our family really enjoyed all the outdoor games - horseshoes, corn hole, ladder golf, fire pit. Kitchen set up was great and seating in living area was clean and comfortable. Lori was very welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We had a great overnight stay at Spirit of Aggieland. The home was spacious and comfortable—perfect for a nearby wedding—with easy access in and out of town, avoiding campus traffic. We enjoyed the garage games, relaxing back patio, and upgraded sports channels. Beds were cozy, and everything was just as described—would definitely stay again!

Monti’s place is very clean. We especially appreciated that it is clutter-free, pet-free, and smoke-free. Very comfortable beds & furniture. The shaded patio was calming and peaceful, the kitchen & bath well-stocked. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Monti responded quickly to communications.

Great stay! Place looked just like the photos and was extremely clean. Amenities were thoughtful and plentiful! Michael was also a wonderful host and was quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely recommend!

We have enjoyed our visit with our church friends from college days, while staying at Cameron‘s place. His place is convenient, clean, spacious, quiet, and with nice amenities.

The stay was really good. The hosts arranged everything we needed. Very compact and comfortable, and Allison was very responsive. It truly felt like home.

Jennifer's hospitality and response times were great! She provided a great list of shops and restaurants. The home was very well kept and the neighborhood was quiet. The location of the home was about a 15-20 min drive to almost anything you wanted to do while visiting Bryan. Will definitely book again when we go back!

This was the perfect spot to stay for a wedding I had in Texas! Jared’s instructions to access the condo were clear and the condo itself was super cozy and very clean. We were about a 10ish minute drive from downtown College Station which was perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Overall, this condo was the perfect fit for our time in Texas and I would absolutely stay again!! Thanks so much for having us!

It was an Easy drive to the Track and Field stadium, which also means it would be an easy drive to any of the other stadiums at A&M. It would be an excellent location for a game at Kyle Field. $10 Uber trips are available to the Northgate area and the Republic Steakhouse (highly recommended). Diane was a very kind and responsive host. I highly recommend this location for your next trip to College Station!

We had activities all week on campus and around town. The location was perfect - a quick drive to anywhere we needed to be. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms meant plenty of room and it was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. We also enjoyed the pool and the little balcony was a lovely quiet place in the mornings. The price was great for the week! Highly recommend!!

Jennifer was extremely kind, she helped us get out of another airbnb that failed to disclose insects and unsanitary conditions. When we arrived to her place it was a sanctuary. Quiet, amazing floor plan, had everything we needed! Close to everything too!!! The extra pillows and blankets were nice to have. I have never felt so strongly of wanting to give more stars. I would rent from her again and cannot thank her enough. PERFECTO!

Beautiful space. Loved the king size beds and the mattresses were divine. Linens were lush. Appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. Decor was tasteful. Really fabulous condo in College Station. Super clean. Ample parking. No complaints whatsoever. One of the best places we have stayed at. We had some trouble figuring out the front door keypad but Kristina responded right away and helped us get in. She was flexible with checkin time so we were able to freshen up before the graduation ceremony. Overall a wonderful experience with a gracious host.
