The stay went wonderfully. Joeric was very responsive and flexible with schedules. The accommodation is really close to the beach and the many good restaurants all around. Charging housing, functional and pleasant. I recommend it if you visit Bray Dunes and Dunkirk.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

The house looks smaller from the outside, but offers more space inside than you might expect. The location is quiet and pleasant - a bakery and a playground are nearby, and the beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Parking was hassle-free. Overall, a cozy accommodation for relaxing days. The cleanliness was good overall, even if there were occasional animal hairs in the bed linen and moisture was visible in some places (walls). Otherwise everything was fine.

Extreme affability, availability and responsiveness of our hosts. Based on our experience, the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever visited! Spacious (more than envisioned through the photo report), bright, modern comfort beyond what one can expect from an Airbnb of this category. Very cozy, with many features for families (Available: games, books, children's beds, bicycles, etc.). Ideal location! Plenty of parking in front of the property. Small shops, amenities and restaurants nearby. A superb beach within reach of a short digestive walk. Also highlighted, a hiking circuit directly accessible via a private access from the garden. In short, an unforgettable family stay! A reference for us for this part of the north coast!

Nico’s apartment is lovely. The photos don’t do it justice - the sofa is huge and very comfortable and the fittings are very stylish. The sea view is stunning, always something interesting to watch from the apartment. The outside area at the rear was nice when the weather allowed us to sit out there. Bray Dunes has some great restaurants, our favourite being L’Art de L’Eau (we always book in advance by email as it is usually “complet”. The Belgians is also really good - the owner has just refurbished and the food is excellent. Les Amares is also well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed this accommodation, the 2 terraces are very nice and allow you to enjoy the sun all day. The accommodation is very specious and has all the necessary amenities. The beach is a 2-minute walk away.

We enjoyed it very much. In particular, the view is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. Something bothered us: The balcony was not clean, partly with cigarette butts. The drain in the shower was clogged, so the water quickly jammed, there was hair in the bedding, the dishwashing sponge was old and not clean, the hallway leaves much to be desired. And no Wi-Fi. However, this was also shown in the exposé.

Very good stay with family, welcoming and accommodating host. Well-designed apartment, close to all amenities for families. A little more to think about...: a plancha or barbecue available and it's perfect.

So close to the beach and the view of the sea from the terrace or the sofa (depending on the wind strength ;-) ) is something very special. At the time of our trip, the place was still little visited and we enjoyed the peace.

The handover of the apartment was smooth and problem-free, as all the relevant information was already discussed in advance. The view of the apartment is fantastic and due to the sufficiently comfortable high chairs and the higher table you could feel like watching the sea, beach and sky 24/7, and keep everything in view with the binoculars from there or on the balcony. We liked this so much that we didn't even go out for food because this view couldn't be beat. The sleeping area accessible via a pleasant staircase also had a window to the sea, so even at night you didn't have to do without the magnificent sound of the sea; unfortunately, the double bed with 1.40 m width was a bit narrow for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the sanitary facilities clean, but the shower cabin was a little cramped. The house was quiet and with the elevator the 7th floor directly accessible from the underground parking space! Highly recommend, we will be back for sure...

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

This was our 2nd stay at Sofie's. The apartment is very nice, nicely decorated, with a particularly thoughtful layout of the space. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the sea and all amenities. Only small downside: the terrace passes in the shade quite early in the afternoon so do not hesitate to provide a small wool to fully enjoy it. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!

The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and very lovingly furnished with many small and larger touches. We even found wine and delicious food for breakfast on our arrival (easy with key box) 🫶🏻 Otherwise, everything you need is also there, from towels to tea lights to the coffee machine with capsules to choose from - we loved everything! We only found the parking situation in the place difficult, but the beautiful apartment can't do anything about that. We would come back anytime, thank you! ❤️
