Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. There are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The apartment consists of: Bedroom with large double bed Bedroom with mattress on slatted frame 140x200 and an additional bed with 90x200. Living room with large couch that can also be used for sleeping and a 90/200 bed 2 bathrooms Bathroom, Kitchen and balcony

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem ruhigen Biobauernhof in Alleinlage im Salzburger Land. Ideal zum erholen, entspannen, aber auch perfekt um Radfahren zu gehen oder um mitten in der Natur zu laufen. Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
