Tento moderný 40m² byt sa nachádza v komplexe Tri veže. Je len pár minút autom od centra mesta a v pešej vzdialenosti sa nachádzajú rôzne športoviská, nákupné centrum Vivo ale aj jazero Kuchajda. V apartmáne je pohodlná king-size posteľ zabezpečujúca maximálny komfort počas spánku. Samozrejmosťou je aj kuchyňa, v ktorej si uvaríte ako doma. Kúpeľňa je vybavená vaňou, WC, práčkou ale aj napríklad fénom. Taktiež si užite pohodlie rýchlej Wi-Fi, smart televízor a okná orientované do tichej štvrte.

V obývačke je rozťahovací stôl a rozťahovací gauč pre dve osoby. V spálni je manželská posteľ. V izbe sú dve postele. Výborná dopravná dostupnosť (centrum) električkou za 21min. V blízkosti sa nachádzajú potraviny, reštaurácie, lekáreň. Možnosť parkovania pred domom. V blízkosti je veľké nákupné centrum Avion, Ikea, letisko.

The apartment doesn’t have a parking spot available, but you can easily move around the city by walk, shared bikes or public transport as there are bus and tram stops closeby the apartment.
