Holiday rentals with a patio in Bratislava

Staying at Jan’s apartment was truly a highlight of my trip to Bratislava. Jan stands out as one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about every detail of his guests’ experience. From the very start, he went above and beyond—providing clear instructions, thoughtful local tips, and personal recommendations that made me feel right at home. The apartment itself is stunning and located in the best part of town. It’s just steps away from the promenade, perfect for both daytime strolls and evening walks, yet I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet it was at night. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped, so I never found myself missing anything during my stay. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and engagement, especially in SVK where average service has sadly become the norm. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jan’s place to anyone visiting Bratislava. I know I’ll be looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Thank you very much Kristian! Place is exactly with the photos, very clean, spacious! Only thing is the wifi is very slow! But nonetheless everything is there needed for the stay! Full kitchen with all the basics you need for cooking, even with some food you can cook. Thanks for the free bottle of Wine Kristian! Balcony has a great view! Highly recommended! Only few mins to tram stations, a lot of shops nearby! Great deal with the booking price! Highly recommended!

Nagyon szép lakás csodás kilátással a folyóra. közvetlen bejárat a shoppincenterbe . A garázsból kozvetlen bejutás az apartmanba. pár perc séta a sétányra S kb. 10 perc a történelmi varosreszhez. A 🏠 gazda segítőkész és kedves. Apró észrevétel csak. A garázsba csak akkor tudsz bejutni ha a kártyát elhozod a szálláshely ről S addig máshol kell keresni parkhelyet,ami nem probléma ugyan , de fizetős. Összességében ár kínálat arány tökéletes S csak ajánlani tudom.

It’s a great place to stay. Car is well protected in the private parking. The room is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The internet was fast. The shopping mall right across the street is super convenient for doing some shopping. The building is highly secure with the key fob access going in and out. Perfect place.

Lenka was very proactive and flexible with my not exact timing of check in. I love the place, so silent and the big balcony is definitely plus . All was smooth and lovely , really enjoyed how silent and peaceful the place was.

As we were only passing by Bratislava in our way home, we've stayed at Hajnalka's apartment just one night. We arrived late in the evening and had to hit the road next day, early in the morning. We didn't had time to stroll around the neighborhood, eat at a restaurant, etc. So, I really don't know about the suroundings, transportation to and from the apartment, diners or anything else related to the area where the apartment is located. But I can say for sure that the apartment is cosy and comfy and it have all the amenities necesary for a short or a long stay. Even if we stayed just one night, our host, Hajnalka, was very attentive and left the apartment spotless for us. If we'll come back one day in Bratislava, we will surely chose to stay in Hajnalka's apartment.

Amazing apartment in a very convenient location. You have a gorgeous view of the city center, the Danube and the castle. The apartment had everything that we needed, was clean and convenient. It is located in a five minute walk vicinity of the Nivy center which hosts the central bus station and in a walking distance from the city center. I would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Bratislava.

Svetlana ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie ist immer erreichbar, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und hat alles, was man benötigt. Ganz klar eine Empfehlung von uns!

Very nice place to stay, short 20 minute drive to Bratislava. Peaceful and very calm environment and the pool in the backyard is very nice!

We (two families with kids) were lucky to stay three nights at Sylvia's nice and beautiful home near Bratislava. The house is large with several bed rooms, it is well equipped and in a good shape. As we have been there in summer, we were able to fully enjoy the well-kept garden with the quite large pool. Further, the host supported us with Information and always answered to any questions we had. Thank you, Sylvia for letting us stay in your nice home!

Praktisch huis dicht bij busstation naar luchthaven Wenen. Rustige buurt. Op wandelafstand van oude centrum. Volledig uitgerust huis. Prima keuken, twee badkamers. Alkes functioneerde goed. Bedden in 1 kamer (beneden) waren te hard, de bedden in de andere kamers waren prima. We hadden liever meer handdoeken gekregen. We kregen per bed 1 handdoek gewoon formaat voor 3 nachten.

The host was very friendly and explained everything on arrival. You can see that she enjoys hosting as she takes great care of her house and her guests. The house has everything that you need. It has a nice outdoor deck which was great. Parking was free street parking. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the same area again.

Нам сподобалось у будинку! Все чисто, є всі необхідні речі, посуд, техніка. На дворі є затишний будинок на дереві, горка та батут. Для дитини то був рай. Для дорослих - гриль та крита альтанка. Ми чудово провели кілька днів у цьому будинку. Єдиний мінус - поруч залізна дорога та постійно пікаючий шлагбаум! Та досить великий потік автомобілів повз будинок!

Cette maison était l'endroit idéal pour notre groupe de quatre adultes. Son look moderne nous faisait sentir comme si nous étions dans notre propre résidence. Le quartier est hyper tranquille et c'est ce que nous cherchions.

Byt bol krásny, čistý, hostitelka mala plne vybavenú kuchyňu, kúpeľnu- aj v prípade ak by ste si niečo zabudli, všetko bolo vopred pripravené, záhrada bola pekne udržiavaná a súkromná, parkovanie je bezproblémové

Katarina has a vivid and comforting character. She managed to show up on a bicycle within 20 minutes despite our late booking. There were no complications. Everything went smooth. Great host, great flat.

We have stayed here before so we know the apartment and it gives us exactly what we need. It is comfortable for short and long periods.

The apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for a long stay. It is in a good neighborhood next to grocery stores and not to far from the city center. Beata was super caring and made sure the stay was nice and everything went well.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny weekend w Bratysławie . Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu czuliśmy się komfortowo . Nie spodziewaliśmy takiej przestrzeni ! Dodatkowo przyjemny taras . Okolica spokojna. Dzięki tramwajom i autobusom , które są obok można wszędzie dojechać . Na pewno wrócimy ! Pozdrawiamy
