Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brašina

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

We enjoyed our stay, Djurdjica’s place was amazing with a great view. It was accessible to different areas. She was very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Was the best trip we have been on. Ivica and his team were so helpful. The house was just what we needed for a large group. The outside terrace was so nice to sit out and enjoy in the shade. Thoroughly recommend.

Zoran’s place was the ideal spot to spend our three days in Dubrovnik. Zoran greeted us when we arrived and helped us get familiar with the space, and the apartment was clean and had everything we’d need. It’s is only a 15 minute bus ride from the Old Town, and the neighborhood is lovely and has lots to do. We thoroughly enjoyed the beaches in the area, and came across the šetinca walking trail which is MAGICAL. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Orsat is our first host in Croatia, and he gave us a very warm welcome — just like greeting old friends. Thanks to him, our journey got off to a wonderful start. His home is spacious and perfect for our group of four friends. With two full bathrooms and a guest toilet, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location — close enough to the Old Town, but far enough to enjoy some peaceful momets after a day of exploring. We sometimes took taxis, but the bus was also super convenient. The neighborhood has everything you need, and is so close to the port with beautiful sea view… We kept saying we could happily stay for a whole week! Big thanks to Orsat and his lovely family!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

Wish we had more time here! The place was so cute, lovely outdoor seating area, and very personal touches which made you feel right at home! Beds were comfy and shower was great, has lots of nice touches :)

A 20 min dal centro, casa ben ristrutturata e fornita di tutti i comfort. Parcheggio facile da trovare nei dintorni, gratuito.

The apartment is exactly as described, it was very clean and we had everything we needed and more! The garden is beautiful and peaceful, especially enjoyable after a day of visiting the crowded old town, and our daughters loved observing the turtles. Marija was extremely welcoming and helpful, easily reachable and warm. She left some local goodies for us which was a nice surprise. We forgot a charger when we checked out and Marija offered to send it to us to an address in Croatia which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Dubrovnik again!

Had a fantastic stay at Marko and Cristina’s place. Location was great- walkable to restaurants, grocery, a beach and 25 Min to Old Town. Lots of hills and steps, but that is true of the entire area! Both were super easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and allowed us to keep our car there after checkout for a few hours. We drove a big Van, and it fit in the garage without issue. Apartment was perfect for our group- easily for 5 people. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, furniture and beds were comfy, patio/sectional were a definite added bonus- such a great view, great breeze and a fab way to start your morning! Our only snafu was the city was paving the road one day while we were there (no fault of hosts!), but they ended up going 3-4 hrs longer than initially state, so we could not get our van back to the house…Cristina offered to pay to park it overnight in a lot- very gracious! Overall, a fantastic stay. Would def book again if we come back!❤️

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

I stayed at Niko's place for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! I was working remotely which worked perfectly. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and had everything I needed. Niko was super welcoming and helpful and responded super quickly anytime I had questions. He even gave me some fruit and lemonade as a welcome gift. The area is peaceful and beautiful. I loved catching the sunset on the balcony in the evenings. I rented a scooter from the airport and that was brilliant as it's not far to Cavtat and other interesting places close by. You do want to have a car or scooter when staying here. I highly recommend Niko's place to anyone that wants peace and quiet and a friendly atmosphere! Thank you for having me :-D

Marina is the perfect host ! She was really flexible, understanding, caring and really available for us. Thank you again, I completely recommend this flat. The location is really nice too, 25min walk from the old town in a quiet and accessible area.

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

Luka et Marina sont d'excellents hôtes, attentionnés et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une belle maison bien équipée. Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

We had the most incredible stay at this beach rental! Tucked away near hidden, wild, and pristine beaches, the house offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Rt Veslo—an absolute gem of a location. The house itself was amazing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for two families. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable were the hosts. Anže and his girlfriend were not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made us feel truly at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to our trip. We can’t wait to come back—this place is a hidden paradise!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.

This beautiful, spacious villa offers breathtaking views thanks to its hillside location—overlooking both the bay and the charming town of Cavtat, with stunning mountain vistas as well. We particularly enjoyed the abundance of birdlife, including eagles .The house was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for six adults. A thoughtful touch was having our sheets and towels replaced during our stay. The swimming pool and veranda were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space to sunbathe as well as shaded areas for when the sun got too strong.Inside, there’s a very large sitting room on the first floor, though we mostly found ourselves gathered around the kitchen table or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Mihovil was outstanding—always friendly and helpful. He was there every morning to clean the pool and made sure everything ran smoothly.Both Mihovil and Marko were excellent communicators before and during our stay, making everything seamless.Highly recommended
