The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwest corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with a view of nature and fields around 360 degrees and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more evening cozy as needed. In front of the house is the heron in the lake and there is the opportunity to see buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc., as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. All of this helps provide a natural experience.

Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

The apartment convinces with uncompromising generosity with the wide view through the lush window front.

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to barbecue, play or unwind. The garden is almost completely fenced. Of course, there is also a crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø in about 40 minutes. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited.

Handewitt Vacation Rental

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
