Relaxing stay. Views are beautiful. Decor beautiful. Comfy beds. Lots to do in the area even on a wet weekend. Loved watching waves and rain coming through, especially delighted to see so many rainbows from the balcony. Can recommend The Common in the resort for a drink and pub dinner and breakfast at Sea Garden.

We had a great experience with our 2-year-old who loved spending time with the animals, especially the guinea pigs and bunnies ($5 for the animal food). Super convenient to have a fun and engaging activity to burn off some energy a stone’s throw away. As mentioned in the listing, you can hear sounds from the main house which didn’t bother us but might be relevant for others. Stella was a welcoming and responsive host. Would visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Margaret River! The place is incredibly cosy and surprisingly spacious — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely stunning: peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk from the ocean. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. We loved how close it was to so many amazing attractions — gorgeous beaches, nature trails, and some of the region’s best wineries are all within a 10–30 minute drive. It was the perfect base for discovering everything Margaret River has to offer. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Saltus and were loathe to leave. The grounds were expansive, beautiful and peaceful. The villa itself was huge and extremely well equipped, from a chest full of board games in the TV room to everything you needed to whip up a meal with in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfection. We did find the main parts of the villa a bit on the cold side at night, though the bedrooms were warm enough because of the oil heaters. We definitely hope to be back.

Werner is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and make everything easy for us when we booked a last minute stay when a friend flew in for a surprise visit. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and the outlook to the garden and dam is private and peaceful. There were thoughtful little touches that you don’t see in many places - complimentary firewood, a bottle of delicious, locally produced wine, some breakfast museli, a loaf of bread, a bottle of milk in the fridge, and all you need to prepare meals. The cottage has history, character and a warm soul that made it the perfect place for us to settle in and relax, catching up on all the life events since we’d last seen each other. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, tidy and easy to find. The back veranda is the perfect place to sit and stare at the view while enjoying a cuppa or a glass of wine. This is our second time staying at Jade’s Forest Grove Homestay, and it feels so comforting to be back. The house is just as beautifully maintained as we remember, and with this return, everything feels even more familiar and homely. It’s truly a place that welcomes us like an old friend.

Had a great time at Melissa’s place. House was spacious and comfortable and well located close to supermarkets and bottle shops. Convenient. We enjoyed “The cure” coffee shop in less than 10 mins walking distance. Only thing is noise does tend to travel to the room in the front of the house from the kitchen and rest of the house.

My family and I really loved Alee’s house. It is very cosy, and quiet. The amenities provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location. Walking distance to town and shopping options. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Peta’s property. It was gorgeous, spacacious and clean with a homey feel. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The property is a short walk to town and local shops and restaurants. It did have a large indoor fireplace however there was no firewood supplied to utilise - there was aircon in the main area that we used which worked great and electric blankets on the beds. Would stay again!
